Sir Exp. person hoon.... mere previous company ka jo 2012 year mein resignation kiya tha.... Ouska proper document nahi hain. Us company mein 2 Yrs kaam kiya tha 2010 to 2012. Ouske badh mein abhi 4 company change kar chuki hoon.... Ous sabka proper Documents hain. But phele wala ka I have Only Offer letter. Please give me proper solution. TCS Background Verification mein last kitna company ki verification karti hain. Please give me proper solution. Bahut tension mein hoon. please help.

Seems like all the tactics are lollypops only. For me the biggest is "On-site", because if we consider "Purchasing Power Parity" going on on-site still will remain underpaid.

If they can't revise the salary or give good hike than why they deduct the salary component such as performance pay and revise the CTC to lower value?

Final Anniversary people joined after April 2021 they will not get it. Hike straight after 1.5 to 2 years depending upon your joining.

Bhai yeh purely depend karta hai case to case. Agar aap sahi time PR sahi jagah pe ho, toh 3/4 saal mei bhi mil jayega and agar aap ko luck meri tarah ho toh 8/10 saal tak bhi nai milge 🙂

No there is no 2nd year anniversary concept in TCS . In 2nd year toh will have come under normal appraisal cycle.
