Hey I'm 2023 passout and still waiting for the joining letter and I'm not pre-mapped to any of the unit I have few doubts we've a common TCS candidates groups from various colleges may of them got joining letter though they haven't cleared the IPA so does the joining depends on the clearance of IPA or the number of courses you complete on Xplore or are there any such kind of considerations. Anyone with this knowledge can assist it would be great if the doubt gets cleared.

Hi Suyash, Yes you can work, but you need to convey it to your HR/manager, so that they are informed of your decision of working from hometown tcs location. Hi Manish, I am getting release from the project next month. My base location is Chennai and I made a transfer request to Hyderabad when I was in project. Travelling project manager , RMG has approved but it is pending with my supervisor. If he approves now, then during my bench period can I report to Hyderabad location?

Hi, Being in bench depends purely on your luck. I have seen people getting allocated within 1 week of getting release, however on the other hand I've also seen people staying on bench for more than 3-4 months and more also. I have a doubt. This is with respect to TCS NCR offices. If we have to report to RMG we generally go to TCS PTI Sansaad marg. If I am on bench is it compulsory to report to PTI. I am already reporting to my base branch office which is in Gurgaon twice a week. Now RMG is sending mails to come to PTI. Is it compulsory?

Hi Sumedha, Usually RMGs for delhi ncr are sitting in tcs PTI office. But it may not be compulsory to go there and report, you can tell your RMG to give you a spoc at your location, so that you may report to the spoc instead of coming to PTI office. Hope it helps. Hi, Your Unit RMG will never allow you to take a project which belongs to different ISU. However it's upto you how you handle the situation and convience them or you can also directly take allocation. I've personally seen people getting shifted from one business unit to another. Hi manish, I am stuck with this allocation process, I got allocated in a support project but they released me after 2 months due to budget constraint but my rmg didnt accept the release and put me back in the project. I am frustrated i requested her that i also want to look for other project but she forcefully put me back and here also i have no clue which team i am into , will talk to manager and others but i dont know what to do now to get another project, first asking for release again is a task and if even i got i am not sure what she will do again. Hi, The least you can do is to talk to the manager and ask him why you are even considered again for the same project from which you were released a while ago. Hi, RMG can restrict your access to ultimatix, so won't be able to fill timesheet and it will affect your Salary. If you want to awal WFH, you can attach the document in a mail and send it to your RMG, keep their supervisor and your project manager in cc. It might help you. Hope it helps. Tcs rmg has stoped my friends salary. As in ultimatix is showing account suspeneded and his status is also showing as salary suspended. He is on bench since six months. Now the rmg is telling him to report to rmg location. Although he was going to his base location daily. So what should be the conclusion, like did they fired my friend? Or this can be solved ?

@@ManishJamwal that's exactly what they did. But in addition they are cutting his 1 month salary and asking for proof that my friend was going to ofc. If his swipe details are not showing at rmg end then this is a not my friend's fault. My friend is from lower middle class family. He is already in so much pressure but the company so-called rmg/HR don't care at all. I wish these type of rmg/HR suffer. I feel like cursing them the whole time. Hi, Bench policy is same for every resources. Only difference is that if you are an experienced resource so your chargeability will be more, such resource are of priority for RMG, and those resources will be considered for projects as per the requirements. Hi, If you are fresher then, after your training gets over, you will get allocated to a project. And if you are experienced then it depends on how quickly your RMG allocates you a project. Hi, If you want to work as a front end developer, then do som certificate related to that. I would suggest you is to get some certification on cloud technologies or devops. Hi Shubhadeep, Skills are usually not taken into consideration while allocating resource to a project, it's usually demand and supply scenario. Yes, you can get project in technology domain, it all depends on the project call you receive. You can also tell your preference to RMG. You'll be given KT for ITIS domain and project related work. @@subhadeepsaha6202 if you have started filling timesheet under that project code, then taking release will be difficult task. You have to convience your manager which is in itself a big task. But you can always tell your preference to your manager and let them know, you don't want to pursue your career in itis.

sir i got pune location but i wanted delhi and i cleared my ipa with 80+ which gurantees first preferred location and moreover my father also has some health issues i used this medical condn to ask my rmg to change my location as i just finished my training and currently i am un allocated so can you tell me the chances of getting my preffered location....and my rmg said you mail me i will talk to hr....and after mailing her when i asked her for the update she said please mail me again and other two senior rmgbas well so looking at the condition is there any chances of getting a positive response and please tell what else can i do to gety preferred location

@@taniyameghani66 see people are not satisfied of what they have. I agree that for ninja people have complaints that salary is low. But for digital the salary is good as well as you are preferred over ninja candidates when in comes to project allocation in the digital , cloud and iot domain. My next video will be on the same topic whether you should join TCS as a fresher or not. It will be posted today evening. Do have a look you'll get clarity.

@@user-so1in4np8u Bhai zyada se zyada wo zabardasti tumse project mai kaam karwa lenge...yahi hoga end mai. Unfortunately is company Mai Aisa hi chalta Aya hai hamesha se. But jab ye log resign ko bolte hai to bol do yahi baat jo aap bol rahe ho mujhe mail mai likh ke de do. Fir chup ho jaenge, kyunki unhe bhi pta hain ye unethical hai

Hi, Yes you can ask RMG. Just make your case strong. Tell them you have done professional certification from official vendors such as AWS, azure etc. You posses skills and your skills will be useful for tcs. Whenever I say to RMG for project allocation, RMG always reply as template email As Your profile has been shared to Project Management team, If we have anything for you, We will inform you. I never got any single call for project. Edit:- Some people says they will block your ultimatix after 6 months I am really worried

Hi, Firstly thanks for subscribing, I appreciate it a lot. Regarding your query, there is no need to be worried about. If you were getting interview calls and you were not performing well in those interviews leading to your rejection, then the RMG could probably block your ultimatix. But in your case since you are not getting a single interview call. It's headache of RMG I would suggest you to mail RMG the same ( that you have not received any interview call), so that you have a written proof. Hope it helps.
