Great engine build Josh, that V1 108cc runs out 👍 good. I have an ATC70 with a Piranha YX 90cc engine. I added a TB 114cc big bore kit with a highly ported V1 race head, TB300 camshaft, and VM20 carb that is now a real screamer. I just bought the Braigasen adjustable main jet from Sweden to try out and was happy to see you using it also. questions: Did you use just the aluminum washer that came with it to seal the adjustable Braigasen main jet? Or did you also add the original Mikuni main jet holder rubber sealing washer? Roughly how far (turns out) is your adjustable main jet for a 108cc? I need an equivalent 120 main jet, so I'm going to start the Braigasen jet at 5/8 turn out from fully seated. Does this sound like a good starting point for a 114cc engine?

the washer metal washer sould seal fine. Actually the rubber seal is not even a purchaseable part from Mikuni AFAIK & SUDCO confirmed this. 1/2 CW turn should be about #110 and full turn is #170

There seems to be some kind of a fps problem with your camera or editing software?

Video is smooth and clear from video editing software - Shot with GoPro 10 - This is the result of KZread's processing. I'll try to figure out why the choppiness is present - Seems like it is still processing the HD video quality....could be up to 48 hours based on my file size and frame rate.

Nice! What kind of speed do you get out of this motor?

I didn't top speed.this build, but I would say 60-65 mph is realistic with a good tune
