En mi país, Ecuador, las tortillas de papa con queso son uno de los platos típicos y se llaman "llapingachos". Se hacen solamente con la papa con sal y el queso en el centro, sin huevo ni perejil. Se pueden servir con salsa de maní o con un huevo frito encima. Y claro, también con salsa de ají.

ربما استعملت بيض حجمه كبير ،اذا تابعت الوصفة استعملت البطاطس حجم اكبر بالمقارنة مع البيض بحجم صغير. أضيفي حبة واحدة بيض، الخليط متماسك

Non pas obligatoire, Il ne colle pas, il suffit de se frotter les mains avec un peu d'huile
C’est la maskouda Algérienne,la recette est incomplète, ça manque beaucoup d’explications pour la réussir.
