Hello, today I am sharing with you a delicious recipe for stuffed potatoes.
Potatoes have never tasted so good with this easy recipe, dinner is ready in minutes.

a few details about the recipe /
when the potatoes are cooked let them cool before mashing them.
after having crushed the potatoes add the ingredients then place in the fridge for 15 minutes to facilitate the work
if the potato dough starts to stick, put a little oil on your hands

ingredients:
800 g of potatoes
a few branches of parsley
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
100 g grated mozzarella
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper
chill for 15 minutes
2 eggs
flour
breadcrumbs
slices of cold cuts of your choice
sliced cheese
frying oil
