Hello everyone I hope you are well
Ready in minutes! ❗ PERFECT IDEAS for breakfast. You should definitely try it.
Necessary materials
mushrooms (300 grams).
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
3 tablespoons of olive oil (15 ml).
4 eggs.
1/2 teaspoon of salt (4 grams).
1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of thyme.
1/2 tsp mint.
5-6 sprigs of green onions.
For sauce
1 egg.
1 glass of milk ( 100 ml ).
1/2 teaspoon of salt (4 grams).
1.5 tablespoons of flour (15 grams).
For the above
cheddar cheese (100 grams).

Nice idea to get a healthy mainly vegetable main dish. Must be really tasty. Nonetheless I think there are a couple of errors (in my opinion): first better to add the salt when frying the vegetables to help them to caramelise and second I would add the paprika to the sauce to spread it homogenously. For the rest 👍

맞아요 저도 그말하려했어요 절대간단요리는 아니고 간단하게 먹는 아침식사가 될수없죠 현대인들의 분초를 다투는 출근시간에 말이죠 오랜시간과 정성과 재료또한 만만치않아요 맛은 좋겠네요 손이 많이 가서 ㅎㅎ

ㅎㅎ 된장찌개 끓이고(15분) 달걀말이(찌개 끓는 동안 10분) 해서 김치랑 김이랑 먹는 게 더 빠를 듯^^ 총 20분 정도면 될 듯요

Кошмар... Нелёгкий ни в каком смысле - ни по калорийности,ни по затратам времени на приготовление! Это спать не надо ложиться вовсе,а прямо с вечера начинать готовить завтрак... У меня рабочий день начинается в 6 утра - полчаса на дорогу,полчаса на душ и марафет,а если еще такой завтрак готовить то плюс час точно...Короче,если встать в 3 часа ночи,то можно приготовить... дебилизм... Встаю в 4.45, душ и марафет полчаса,завтрак чашка кофе,бутерброд,творог ещё 15 минут,полчаса на дорогу - и трудовой день начался. Если турчанка или кто-то дома сидят,то можно и такие завтраки готовить...
