3 zucchini
3/4 eggs depending on size
80g of cheese
breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons flour
salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano
frying oil
recipe N°2
2 zucchini
half an onion
an egg
70 g of parmesan
140g breadcrumbs
180g Philadelphia or ricotta cheese
a few sprigs of chives
salt, black pepper
a glass of vermicelli
2 glasses of rice
4 glasses of water
a chicken broth
a tablespoon of butter
a little oil

3 zucchini
1 carrot
1 potato
half an onion
2 eggs
120g breadcrumbs
60 g of parmesan
salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, paprika
a tablespoon of parsley
frying oil
ingredients for the sauce
2 tablespoons fresh cream
a teaspoon of mayonnaise
a clove of garlic
salt, black pepper
half a teaspoon of sugar
half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

Passo a abobrinha na farinha de trigo, depois no ovo e novamente na farinha. Frito e só depois polvilho com queijo e alho ralado. Bem, é muito gostoso. Com berinjela também é possível, só que eu tiro a casca tanto da abobrinha quanto da berinjela. Eles são muito difíceis, eu não gosto disso.
Ich mache es auch ähnlich. Aber ich backe die Stücke im Backrohr auf Backpapier. Danke fürs Teilen!
