Cu paste ii mult mai bun si mozzarella in loc de branza clar. Sa fie mai lipicios.

Lovely. Maybe sprinkly some diced chili and spring onion on top to finish. I'd also fry the onions separately to the chicken to get them to caramalise, then bring together when adding the peppers. Would also go well on toast with some vegetable side.
