🥑 RECIPE 01. 00:01 Avocado in the oven.
🥑 RECIPE 02. 04:00 avocado spread.
🥑 RECIPE 03. 08:20 avocado salad.
🥑 RECIPE 04. 12:35 Cooking breakfast with avocado!
🥑 RECIPE 05. 17:26 Avocado toast with poached egg.
RECIPES:
🥑 01. 00:01 Avocado in the oven.
Avocado 2 pcs.
Scoop the flesh out of the avocado with a spoon.
Be careful not to damage the skin of the avocado.
Mash the flesh of the avocado.
4 eggs.
Separate the egg white from the yolk.
Add egg white to avocado.
Mix well.
Cheese 50 gr.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Be sure to try this recipe!
Add the resulting filling.
Pour the filling into the avocado.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
Make a small indentation.
Add egg yolk.
Bake in the oven for a further 5 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Enjoy your meal!
🥑 02. 04:00 avocado spread.
Boil 4 eggs.
Apple Cider Vinegar.
2 avocados.
We prepare a great meal!
Some lemon juice.
Onion.
The eggs are cooked!
Yoghurt 50 gr.
Mayonnaise 50 gr.
Black pepper. Salt. Mix.
Peel and cut the eggs.
Let's grind the ingredients up a bit!
Mix well.
Baguette or other bread!
Enjoy your meal!
🥑 03. 08:20 avocado salad.
walnut 100 g
Rinse well. Salt.
Hi! Good mood to you all!
I'm glad you're with me!
Fry for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Arugula. 1 avocado.
Clean and cut.
juice of 1 lemon.
Olive oil. Salt.
Black pepper.
Cut walnuts.
Mix well!
Enjoy your meal!
🥑 04. 12:35 Cooking breakfast with avocado!
4 eggs.
Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
Cut out small circles from the tortilla.
You should get 6 circles.
Lubricate the mold with sunflower oil.
Dip the tortillas in water and place in a bowl.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
The eggs are cooked!
To dice.
Tortillas are browned, you can take them out of the oven!
Avocado 1 pc.
We remove the bone.
Clean and cut into cubes.
celery stalk (optional)
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons (can be replaced with Greek yogurt).
Salt to taste.
Black pepper.
1/4 lemon juice.
Onions (can be replaced with parsley).
Mix well.
Add sauce and mix well.
We take out the resulting baskets.
We add the filling.
That's all!
The result is a very tasty avocado breakfast!

🥑 05. 17:26 Avocado toast with poached egg.
Avocado.
Remove the stone and cut the avocado.
Chop with a fork.
juice of 1/2 lemon.

Mix well.
Casserole dish lined with parchment.
Bread 2 slices.
Olive oil.
Italian herbs.
Dry Garlic.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Lubricate the toast with avocado.
Salt.
2 eggs.
Crack an egg into a bowl.
vinegar 1 tablespoon.
Create a funnel in the water and pour the egg into it.
Boil 3 minutes.
Repeat the process with the second egg.
Put the egg on the toast.
Italian herbs.
Red pepper.
Cut the egg.
Enjoy your meal!

Nunca imaginei uma receita como essa ovos no abacate. Uauu!.Amo fazer creme de abacate batido na água se coco muito saudável. C/ovos realmente nunca nem passou na minha cabeça.
