SUMMARY:
--------------------
Are you stuck in analysis paralysis? Is there something you should be doing, but but you consistently find that you are not taking action? Here’s what to do:
Look Beyond Yourself and Serve. Stop worrying if you’re good enough, ready enough, or getting everything perfect in order to start. Look beyond yourself and realize your taking action can help others - your family, your team, your business and community. Serve! The way to get out of your head is to get in motion serving other people.
Clarify your vision and work backward. What does your ultimate outcome look like? What would you define as success? How will you know when you’ve reached your goal? Once you have that vision clear in your head, work backwards from that to define the process to accomplish it. You don’t have to know every step, just a step.
Accomplish 3 things every day. Just take three steps every day. If you don’t know where to start, try modeling others. What path did they follow? What are their habits? What do they seem to do every day or weekly?
Daily Practice. If something is important to you, it needs to become a constant in your life. You need discipline and the willingness to show up every day and work towards it. Put it in your calendar and do something every day. The momentum of that will teach you to stop stalling.
Do that, and you’ll start to experience what we call #TheChargedLife!

Problems of the mind can only be solved by action. Problems that happen through action can be solved by more thinking. Great video Brendon!

+Mario Tomic Albert Einstein said: "The mind that created the problem cannot solve it." We need to get out of the box for a solution. That is where someone like Brendon comes it. Of course it is up to us to accept it and take action to make a change and make sure it is consistent. Sometimes it is not comfortable since it would require a change of habits. If we really want top performance, need to commit and push to produce consistent action. We get inspired but without action, it would be like watching a movie - few days later we don't even care about the details and emotions that movie produced. When you said Solved by More Thinking - you mean by contemplating more on the challenge?

+Boruch Akbosh I mean once we're taking action and we run into difficulties it's time to use the mind to engage and see how we can improve the actions. It's inevitable that we're gonna run into sticking points and plateaus if we take action so at that point our mind is a good tool that will help us with a solution. Nowadays what we see a lot is people overthinking things and procrastinating before they even take 1 single step in the right direction.

From own experience, and for others' experiences, I think the best way to get going is to put yourself in a situation where getting going is the only option. In that moment, you won't be able to overanalyze and you will have to take action and ultimately you'll be suprised how far it got you. Own example : I had felt like I was overanalyzing, in other words, I WAS TOO COMFORTABLE DOING NOTHING, so I left home country to study at a foreign university, no family, very low amounts of money, but guess what, now I feel myself moving forward, I feel like I'm evolving, I'm learning new things. I don't have to motivate myself to get a job... I NEED a job to have something to eat. See where I'm aiming at?

Brendon, I will forever be thankful for the day that my older brother recommended your videos! My life has been changing in bigger 'baby steps' than before, and I have you to thank for it. I hope this doesn't freak you out, but I am a Christian, and I believe that God is working through you. You are an inspiration to many. I took action recently because of this video: I have been a very lazy person for too long, and I recently discovered that 9% of fatalities in the United States happen because of sedentary lifestyles. Holy Cow!?! I do not want to die because I was too blind and lazy to live the life I was meant to live! So, I got going and decided to start training for a 5k coming up in my community. I have one month - just one month! - to train, but because of the amazing coaching I have been getting from you, and positive feedback from my friends and family, I totally believe that I can do it. This is just the beginning of the road of life I will actively be traveling from now on. Thank you for being an instrument in God's hands! I encourage you to keep it up, and I want to say that I love your positive attitude and your smile! God bless you!

+Pete- H Yep, I can relate, mine is being more of a perfectionist due to my father when I was growing up. No matter how hard or precise I did the things he told me, it was never good enough in his eyes, so that drove me into being a perfectionist and I see now how it spills over into my adult life and the relationships I have. My girlfriends I've had over the course of my life have all eerily said the same thing to me - that I make them feel like they're not good enough, it's not intentional as I have a passion to push people into becoming more as I try to do everyday. But it's a problem nonetheless.
