I've learnt that some people will never change, they simply see no issue in their behaviour.. I've spent too long making that my problem, wasting time trying to get them to see the error of their ways and the consequences and knock on effects that behaviour has on others.. Today I'm letting it go... Thank you

It never crossed my mind that letting go of the "good things" is also necessary to move forward. Just because we arrive at a good place doesn't mean we need to park in that place or we become stagnant. Seek growth, expand your horizons, keep learning. Excellent. Wish I had access to this information decades ago, but that is the past and the future is facing my seventh decade head on and full throttle. Thanks for the guidance.

Relationship will remain strong if two individuals decided to set aside their pride and work things out as a team. If one is willing to fight for the relationship and one is willing to give up then it will not eventually work. It's better to end the relationship than to engage in cheating and it will just lead to hurting each other's feelings.

I agree and think self-awareness is key. The reason observing the thoughts can be so powerful is because doing that makes us aware of what we are thinking and aware of those patterns. The key then becomes allowing those thoughts to be there and allowing them to flow through us with awareness. Bringing the awareness in will allow the momentum to begin in a new direction. Great video Brendon.

I was struggling tonight. I actually have severe and persistent mental illness and didn't have anyone to text. I believe in asking for help because I often have distorted thinking that clouds my judgement. Listening to you was so helpful. I found your style of coaching to be pleasant and interesting. I used to be a teacher and now struggle with my memory and cognition. This is the first I've seen of your videos and I wish you the best of luck and much success in your career.

When I saw the video-I had previously thought of buying it on the original give-away-I took it as a sign from the universe that I needed to buy it. Sometimes you have to just sit down and say wtf is going on in my life. And then figure out what to do and take necessary action. Sometimes we might not because of fear or hurting the other person but we need to take care of ourselves ultimately and the other person if they love you will make the necessary changes. if not let go.
