1. Making Coconut Paste Add 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut, 5-6 Shallots, 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder and 1 teaspoon cumin Powder(or Cumin Seed) in a blender. Add 4 to 5 tablespoons water and grind to smooth paste. Set aside. 2. Add 1 Cup curd into a big bowl and whisk it to a silky texture. 3. Mix the Curd and Coconut Paste together. Add some Curry leaves and Salt as required. 4. Pour the Coconut and Buttermilk mixture to a wok and turn on the stove and keep the Flame medium. 5. Add 1/4 tsp of fenugreek Powder to the mixture. 6.Keep stirring, until the buttermilk get just warm and don't allow to boil. 7. Turn off the stove. 8. Heat coconut oil in a wok, add the mustard seeds and let it crackle.Add the fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, red chillies and let it splutter. 9.To this add the finely sliced shallots, garlic , chopped ginger , green chillies and Curry leaves and flash fry it. 10. Pour entire tempering mixture in the cooked buttermilk, including the oil. 11. Tasty Moru Curry is ready.Enjoy it with your family.

Usually earthen potil undakki keep cheythal 3 - 4 days okke use cheyyam. Undakkiyal pathrathil thanne veykkuka. Avishyathu veendathu oru cheyyam pathrathilekku ozhichu upayogikkam. Pinnedu choodakkaruthu.
