My compliments to the cameraman and the staff. This is a busy kitchen with not a lot of room for maneuvering, so the cameraman had to be ever mindful of the movement of the cooks and staff; not an easy job! Great publicity for the eatery. Thanks for an inside look at what goes on in a busy "Chinese Style" eatery, both during the eating and the prep work before the place opens for business.

Running a full-time restaurant/shop can be a bit much but when you factor in the time that it takes to prepare all the ingredients and food that your cooking on a daily basis well that can definitely be a lot!! Yet the manager seems to handle it with grace and precision!! I love the way he prepares the meals his cooking skills are Amazing🔥!!
