Fried Rice Master's Fried Rice Festival
This fried rice master makes fried rice once or twice a year.
On this day, there was a line waiting for 4 hours.
We shot a video of the main store of "Menya Hanabi" in Nagoya, the birthplace of Taiwan mazesoba. This is the state of the fried rice festival held at the end of the year, where Mr. Niiyama, the owner, keeps shaking the pot!

はなびはどこも活気ある説教ですね。 直営しかないので教育が徹底してるんだと思います。
いい笑顔の店主さんと、良いチームワークのスタッフさんたち。 こういうお店は何度でも通いたくなる素晴らしいお店ですね。 近場の方が羨ましいです。
店長さんの人柄の良さが滲み出てる。 味は勿論だろうけど、お店の雰囲気の良さも人気の秘訣な気がする

Is nice to see the Chef’s and staff’s enthusiasm is really nice when you cook the food you enjoy. I cooked at a steakhouse for sometime in the U.S and it was a terrible experience both physically and mentally. I been learning how to cook Japanese, Korean , and Chinese food from the comfort of my home kitchen and I find it relaxing cooking these colorful dishes.

味も美味しいんだろうけどスタッフや大将の客への対応が素晴らしい。手抜きもないし戦場という感じ。 これこそ本気って思う。
Mogumogu does the work that almost nobody on TV or video in Japan has been doing for years: Showing the real local spots. When I was in Japan, most of the best spots were places that probably most gaijin would pass because they reserved a 2 year wait list for a tourist sushi spot, while a place that was just on a corner street would have been the best food you ever had in your life.

Same, found awesome places and became a regular at a few. One place even threw me a welcome to Japan party and a birthday.

学ぶのはいいけど、一生懸命努力しても同じのを作るのは難しいと思う。 10年頑張っても難しいと思う。 動画の中で細かい技術をひろうしてるけど、できたらたいしたもん。 接客は恐らく日本一のレベルだと思う。 このスタッフさんの日本人でもハイレベルな接客技術がある。

@@iro7562 varies, but most standard use is chinese fried rice, so it consists of eggs + mixed vegi (diced carrot/peas) with smoked ham or any kinds of meat. the most important part about fried rice is wok hei to make the rice fragrant.

Super grateful that I managed to try their fried rice through reservations when we visited their restaurant. To be honest, it is just your regular fried rice but there is something with the seasonings and the rice itself that really sets them apart from the usual chachan, yangchow and chaofan. It was so fun that we wanted to try it again tomorrow but we have to backout because we did not placed a reservation and the line was long. I decided to F my calorie counting that day and enjoy me some fried rice. Bunch of hardworking people!

What a beautiful culture of people, very polite and discipline. Japanese street food is the very soul of life in Japan. This group of restaurant workers are always appreciative of their customer, serving the best quality of food; cooked in the best way possibel; and service with a smile... you can't ask for more than that.
