@Jepoy Burner they do worry that small eggshell pieces make it into the container and fall to the bottom and so they strain the cracked eggs after whisking to break up the yolks and make sure non make it in the food: see 0:29 secs

Im Swiss but lived in Japan from 1985-1991 I used to work as a cook I have made a lot of egg fried rice in my day and trust me when I tell you this type of precision is harder then it looks what looks simple takes years and years to master absolutely amazing and efficient.

10分過ぎからの、中央コンロ油通し→左コンロに避けて油通し継続→中央調理開始→左の油通し後を中央へ投入 →また別の素材を左で油通し→左の素材を油抜きの湯通しって流れが綺麗すぎた 文字にするとすごく分かりにくいけどw

IN MY VIEW 0:32 Whoever invented the Electric Automatic Rice Cookers is a genius. The rice cookers make rice completely unattended. Perfect rice every time.
I've seen so many of these egg fried rice videos before and while many chefs were amazing, I think this chef (first one, skinnier one) is the absolute best. I'm not just saying this because of how he cracked the eggs at superhuman speed. The way he precisely flips the pan and only a tiny amount of rice actually falls out is impressive. The others videos I've seen, rice and eggs spill all over the place every flip of the pan. You can even see a stark difference between him and the other guy. They haphazardly flip the pan and things are spilling. This man is exacting and precise.

ここより美味しい店はあってもコスパと出て来る早さで適う店ってなかなかないんじゃないかなって。 1番好きなのは朝の豚汁定食に生卵追加で卵かけご飯。豚汁量多くて食べれたら幸せになれます。
中華の真髄、火力を縦横無尽に操るプロの料理人方々に感激しかない🤷

本身是台灣人,這幾天來日本旅遊,吃過幾家拉麵店的炒飯,不得不說日本師傅炒的飯很好吃,鍋氣很明顯很香,又比台灣的炒飯來的少油,真的讚。

天五の方にも昔一店舗ありましたよね。そちらの十八番には、よく行きました✨本当に美味しいです!😊🍜🥟🥢 田舎から大阪に出てきて、朝から夜遅くまで不器用だけど楽しくてとにかく一生懸命働いてた時、初めて彼氏ができ、その彼とよく食べに行きました😄

@@brannonsoriano8233 there’re many of these Japanese Ramen type Chinese restaurants in Japan. It’s everywhere in Japan and pretty cheap and will fill you up. It’s quite tasty but only thing is it will make you gain weight if you’re not careful (like if you eat out everyday).

Yeah it’s possible if you want, only $4-5 for a meal set for lunch or $8-9 for a dinner set. Real cheap. But then you gain weight if you eat this everyday. Once a week or a few times a week is what we usually eat out. I live in Japan. It’s very tasty though.

嗯 台灣其實處理起來速度比他快 只是出菜時沒他那麼好看就是了 比如炒飯可能就好幾個盤子 一盤炒勺一扣就出一次好幾盤這樣 最後剩一點再來平均每盤的量 然後 飯粒就有時分佈豪邁不羈點 還有飯也不一定這樣一盤一盤的過 直接一張布提起來扔過去了 其他還很多啦 炒的功夫差不多 速度台灣更快 賣相是這影片更好點

20年位前に天六に住んでいた時によく通っていました、当時は天七の王将の近くの小さい店でしたね、安い早い美味いで下っ端だった自分には大助かりでした。 スタミナ大は青春の味 大好き!

Packing that hot dish in plastic container is cancerous...developing countries have shifted to banana leaf packing and areca nut plate packing...you can check on that ...you can add more value for ur customers and add some price for packing too as customer will be ready to pay..
