    Great precise tutorial 👏 a lot of people say to have your feet parallel to the weights and not show that it’s the actual toe positioning to the weights. Great tip on not being too close to the bar. Great tip on rotating the shoulder out to get more lat engagement and thus control.

    Solid tutorial vid nabil. I have long femurs and torso and am stronger conventional As you said too, I think it is best to work both. They sort of compliment each other

    Hi! I’m glad you liked it! The most important for cutting weight is being active if you don’t do 10k step a day you are missing out ! You can literally eat the same and loose fat by just waking more

    i have long femur, should i give a try to sumo (i have around 240kg conv and the max i ever did in sumo was 200) it felt weird in the hips though
