Jon pall could nowhere near a 2425 total in the 3 lifts, he was a great athlete, but in static strength he was nowhere near kazmaier. I’m talking in terms of bench, squat, deadlift, and overhead pressing power.

@@loizossantis3508 the DQ in the forward hold and having the 56lb weight toss on water gave Jon pall the title. Kaz beat him really bad in the deadlift and log lift in that contest, Kazmaiers’ warm up lifts that year in the log lift and deadlift were equal to Jon palls’ max, it was a rigged contest. Jon Pall max log was 150 kilos which kazmaier toyed with and his Jon palls deadlift was 450 kilos which was Kazmaiers 1st lift. Jon Pall even said after winning in 1988 that Kaz was the strongest man jn the world in terms of pure power.

Wrong. Paul was amazingly agile for 350-360lbs. He was able to squat 1200 for 2, clean and jerk 435, bench press 627, and deadlift 820. He woulda gave Kaz a run for his money. Numbers give us an indication of performance, not your "instinct, or your "opinion."
