actually after first stroke artery doesn't heal completely in the brain and is very weak, chances of having recurring strokes after first one is extremely high

its insane how even after all you've been through you want to go back to fast food and complain about having to eat the food provided by the hospital and even a well balanced meal you come off as super ininininiingrateful.. you never learn Jack

This is his second stroke. And he has changed his way of eating. If you watch old videos you'd see the change in his body. I've been watching him over 10 yrs and I've seen big changes. It's always easier to point out others but take a look at your life. Have you done everything perfect? We are all human.

Hospitals would never serve food the patient can not eat... Food is a major part of the healing process, they for sure can not give food to a diabetic person they can't eat... Also, think about the people working in the kitchen... It's easy to say it's bad but think about those who worked to try and make you happy.

Idk when I was in the hospital in 7th grade, the cafeteria kept serving ham hocks that were so tough, a dog would have a hard time chewing them.

Yikes, that's scary. I'm sitting at a 25% increase, but that's why I've stopped drinking for 3 weeks now and hitting the gym more than before.

If you’re family cares for you THEY SHOULD BE HELPING YOU with your diet and get to know what and really study your calorie intake as to what you SHOULD BE EATING!!💕🙏🙏

You need to stick to lean meat, fish, green veg, water, nuts if you aren't allergic and supplemental fiber at set increments throughout the day. You need that weight off if you want to live and it will making dealing with balance easier...

Jack I've been subscribed to your channel for years. You're one of the first cooking channels. KZread doesn't notify or show many of the channels i followed years ago...i knew you had stroke a fews years back and you haven't been able to use the one arm. I wasn't aware of this most rescent stroke...I'm truly sorry for what you're goong through. Stay strong and i wish you a speedy recovery

Best wishes for your health and take your time. I was hospitalized in December I totally changed a lot the last 4 months. When I got sick I caused me to loose 40lbs. I have to watch what I eat everyday kinda almost sucks. But eating pizza was awesome but I was sick for 2days after. That first bite was bliss. ❤ I could only eat soup and jello everything else I would puke up cause the pain I was in. I'm doing much better now. I'm glad you aren't dead man. Life can change in the blink of an eye.

Praise God.... glad u are during better and was able to get medical attention. Take your time and try not to stress and worry. May God continue to keep and strengthen you and give your family peace and strength. 🙏🏾

Congrats on your improvements! I was just in the hospital for a hypertensive crisis. They were all amazed I hasn't stoked out..I came in with a blood pressure of 242/160. With a resting bpn of 113. I wa very lucky. I did end up with loss of visi9n qnsn severe kidney damage. I was in stage 5 kidney failure when I went in but luckily they brought my blood pressure back down and my kidney function has been improving. I'm now a stage 4. But I remember thinking the same thing about the food I heart damage as well from a heart attack and they were giving me milk and soda with evert meal. .. I am supposed to watch potassium and they were feeding me potatoes and broccoli and bananas every day... one day was blueberry pancakes with syrup. .. and they let me have like unlimited juice/ food. Like I could just call the kitchen and ask for more food and they would send it. I was like wtf is this I thought I was here to get healthy lol. Hang in there and stay srtong. You're doing great! Mayne you can start doing healthy meals for diabetics. My kidney diet is similar to a diabetes diet so I know how confusing it can be for someoe who is just diagnosed.

If you were thinking it was weird that they were giving you unlimited food and drinks and thought “I thought I was here to get healthy…” then why did you keep eating and drinking whatever they allowed you to? You’re clearly an adult and capable of controlling yourself.
