Great quick class -- good alternative when there's no live on line class I'm interested in taking.

Many of your exercises cannot be done if someone has osteoporosis. Someone could fracture doing some of these exercises.

I also have arthritis. I do what I can. The key is to move. Dr. tells me Motion is lotion
