    I'm not a senior, but have been doing these exercises. They work for me, so will be recommending these exercises and your channel whenever I get seniors as beginner singer students in my online classes. Great for overall strength for singing!

    I enjoyed this. However I found myself tensing. Should our back be against the back of the chair.

    Hi there! Here's what Dina recommends: These movements are performed while my back is away from the chair with tall posture, while maintaining a neutral spine. A great modification could be placing a soft playball between you and the back of the chair. Good posture is most important so find the modification that works best for you. :)
