Strawberries are in season now in the country I live in.
However, if you don't have strawberries, you can decorate with fruits that are easy to find, such as oranges, tangerines, and kiwis.
I bought the cookies needed for decoration at the supermarket instead of baking them myself.
There's a lot of food to prepare for Christmas... haha.

В Новый год я болела и лежала в постели, а теперь есть возможность собрать семью и наконец отпраздновать! Приготовила ваш торт. Изумительно вкусное тесто! Я внесла коррективы: крем сделала творожно-сливочный, побоялась, что сливки не будут держать форму. Но в следующий раз обязательно попробую ваш рецепт крема. Второе изменение: клубнику я использовала замороженную, свежая слишком дорогая. Ну и, конечно, мне нужна практика в оформлении, мой домик не такой ровный и красивый, как ваш, но всё равно все в восторге! У меня вопрос: почему опадает тесто? Когда я только достала бисквит из духовки, он был высоким, а потом опустился. Из-за этого мне не хватило бисквита на все коржи, я добавила замороженные коржи, оставшиеся от другого торта. Тем не менее хочу выразить вам огромную благодарность. Ваш бисквит не только вкусный, он очень мягкий и легко режется струной. Я испытала истинное удовольствие от работы с вашим рецептом!
