I'm Boone Bake.
Today I made a beautiful fruit pie.
This pie design has been something I've been wanting to make for a long time.
But when I made it, it was made a little different from what I had in my head, so I used to give up.
However, this time I did not give up and made it.
What dough to use?
How to make it?
I worried a lot and did a lot of testing.
It was easier to make the pie inside the mold and bake it, but...
I didn't like it because it didn't come out three-dimensional.
I put the results of a lot of trouble in a video.
Crispy on the outside and filled with sweet jam and cream on the inside!

It is a basket pie that is good to give as a gift with a heart full of love.
The cream cheese I used today is "Elroy".
My first impression was that it was delicious just to eat.
That means it has some acidity, texture, and saltiness, right?
At first, although it has a solid formula, it loosened very well after loosening it a few times with a spatula.
And it has a refreshing acidity with a very pleasant acidity.
"Elroy" cream cheese has a higher salinity than other cream cheeses.
So there is no need to add additional salt.
The overall texture is soft and creamy and the cream cheese has a fresh acidity, so I thought it would be a delicious cheesecake with a deep flavor without adding a lot of ingredients.

● Cup measure standard
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53 g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Pie finished size ( Diameter 16cm * 5cm )
● Ingredients
● Easy, delicious and crispy pie dough
250g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
150g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3Tbsp)
60g cold water (4Tbsp)
2 g (1/2 tsp) salt
6g sugar (1tsp+1/2tsp)
1 yolk
● Egg wash
Yolk: Water = 1:2
● The world's softest and creamy cheesecake
140g cream cheese (2/3 cups)
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)
3ml lemon juice
120g Heavy cream (70% whipped)
50g Fruit Jam ( Lemon, Mango, Strawberry, Blueberry,,,,)

ШЕДЕВР!!! Видела нечто подобное из заварного теста,но то была просто плетеная корзинка для подачи пирожков. Лайк конечно,но это не оценка. Нужно ставить как минимум 10! Пусть никогда не устают ваши руки,а голова всегда будет светлой! Удачи во всём!!!

Сижу, отдыхаю. Только что закончила 4-ю, осталось ещё одну, вазу-конфетницу из пряничного теста. Также обматывала фольгой большую, 3.5 литра, металлическую миску. Перевернув миску, сделала из теста дно, закрепила, потом выдавливала ажурные снежинки, приклеивала на донышко и между собой яичным белком. Получилось красиво. Теперь надо состарить вазы цветным кракелюром. Внутрь ваз уже испечены пряники с зимним дизайном, печенюшки рождественские, застывают формованные шоколадные конфеты. Вожусь со всем этим уже третий день. А идей в голове на три года вперёд, банальные домики уже поднадоели. А такие, как у автора корзины я пеку из дрожжевого теста, огромные, объёмные.😊
