I'm BooneBake.
Today I made a beautiful fruit jelly cheese tart.
The beautiful tart was filled with cheese cream and sweetened with mango jam.
The lemon jelly is filled with fresh fruit.
It's delicious to eat the jelly on its own, but I think it's even more delicious if you eat it with fruit.
I used all my favorite fruits.
These days, I really like kumquats.
A detailed explanation of “kumquat” is written below.
Kumquat is a fruit that is eaten whole, including the skin.
Rather, there is more vitamin C in the peel.
Also, kiwi and dragon fruit have the property of melting jelly, so use only the amount of the video.
(I used 200 Blooms of gelatin.)

15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml=1tsp
1 egg (53 g without shell)
Heavy cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is chopped, flour is before sifting)

250g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
150g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp)
55 g water (3 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
6 g sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
1g salt
1 yolk (17g)
● Yogurt Cheesecake
125g cream cheese (1/2 cup+1Tbsp)
40 g unsweetened yogurt (2 Tbsp+1tsp)
25 g sugar (2 Tbsp)
7.5ml lemon juice (1/2 Tbsp)
3 g powdered gelatin (1tsp)
15 g water (1 Tbsp )
110g heavy cream (50% whipped) (1/2 cup - before whipping)
● Lemon Jelly
(Mold size: 8cm(D) / hemispherical mold)
24 g powdered gelatin (3 Tbsp )
120 g water (1/2 cup)
240 g hot water (1 cup)
95 g sugar (1/2 cup)
16g lemon juice (1 Tbsp)

It is a citrus fruit from the Rutaceae family and is native to central China and cultivated in Far East Asia, Australia, and the Americas. It is about the size of a quail egg, yellow or dark orange in color, has a soft and sweet skin, and the flesh has a sour taste. It has 65 kcal per 100g and is rich in carotene, potassium, and calcium. It is eaten raw (with the skin) or made into confit, and is also used in cakes such as jams and marmalades.
It is common to consume the fruit with the skin. Compared to typical fruits that have sweet flesh and bitter skin, Geum persimmon has a sweet skin and a bitter and sour taste.
Kumquats contain a large amount of vitamin C, which helps improve skin, relieve fatigue, and prevent colds. In particular, the peel of the kumquat contains more vitamin C than the flesh, and contains galactan and flavonoids, which help relieve coughing and inflammation.
