Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I made a different version of a pretty fruit basket tart.
Of course, you can eat the whole basket, too.
I used a disposable aluminum pound mold.
Any mold doesn't matter.
How to do that is shown in the video.
Really, this tart is so pretty that it's perfect for a gift!
How to make a pretty basket.
I have included a detailed video on how to make delicious triple berry compote without burning it.
Of course, you can make compote with just one fruit.
It's delicious enough.😋
And this time I filled it with Vanilla Crème Légère.
A Crème Llégère is a cream with less than 12% milk fat.
That is why it is also called light cream or low-fat cream.
I think it's the perfect cream for this tart with a lot of fruit.

● Cup measure standard
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
1 egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (35% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Pie dough
• [Eng Sub] 과일 타르트 만들기 /...
( Mold size: 15cm * 7cm *5cm )
220g all-purpose flour (1 cup = 1/2 cup)
135g unsalted butter ( 1/2 cup + 2Tbsp)
50 g cold water ( 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
6g sugar (1/2Tbsp)
1 g of salt
1 yolk
♥ Triple Berry Compote
150 g strawberries
50 g raspberries
50g blueberries
40g sugar (3Tbsp)
1/2 lemon juice
♥ Rich Vanilla Crème Lesère
yolk 1
30 g sugar ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
8 g cornstarch ( 1 Tbsp )
100g milk (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
1/3 vanilla bean
8g unsalted butter (1/2Tbsp)
80g heavy cream (1/3 cup)
♥ Egg Wash
yolk 1
10 g milk ( 2 tsp)
♥ White Chocolate
Strawberry, Kiwi, Orange, Shine Muscat,
♥ Make a daisy flower decoration for decoration

@@user-wr9ho1rx5b Видела изготовление подобного изделия. Там во фрукты и крем добавлен желатин. При нарезании ничего не разваливается. Форма обычная круглая. Тесто как для чизкейка.

If you divide your prep days into two, you can make the basket and compote one day and the legerdemain creme on day two.

Красиво и очень просто в изготовлении ,но к сожалению это и не торт и не пирог , сама идея хороша но не доработана , ведь ЭТО можно поставить на стол только в виде декора и нельзя нарезать на порционные кусочки ,а кушать всей компанией начинку ложками это нечто
