Hello.
I'm Boone Bake.
Today I made a beautiful cookie cup filled with fruits.
Of course, you can eat the cups.
I used an 8cm hemispherical mold.
Any size mold doesn't matter.
Really, this cookie cup is too pretty to eat, but...
When you eat it...
“Wow! I just thought it was pretty, but it's delicious.."
These were the comments of her husband who ate the cookie cup.
Actually, that's what I was thinking too.
These cookie cups are so perfect for a party.

How to make it neatly is shown in detail in the video.
The tart dough is made with Vanilla Sucrée.
It has a slightly harder texture than brisée or sablée dough because it is soft butter, sugar powder, and egg mixed with flour.
And this time I filled it with Vanilla Crème Diplomate.
The Crème Diplomate is made by making the Crème Pâtissière and mixing it with whipped cream.
This time, I upgraded it a bit to make it more special.
This cream is perfect for fruit desserts! I think it's a suitable cream.

● Cup measure standard
237 ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml = 1tsp
One egg (without shell) 53g
Heavy Cream (38% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)
● Tart
(Mold size (8cm *4cm hemispherical)
150g unsalted butter (1/2 cup + 3Tbsp)
100g sugar powder (3/4 cup)
2 g (1/2 tsp) salt
1 egg
5ml Vanilla extract (1tsp)
250g whole wheat flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
25g Almond Flour (3Tbsp)
♥ Vanilla Creme Diplomate
2 yolks
20g sugar (1Tbsp+2tsp)
80g milk (1/3 cup)
100g heavy cream (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp+1tsp)
1/2 vanilla bean
8g cornstarch (1Tbsp)
(or cake flour)
25g white chocolate (3Tbsp)
30g sweetened condensed milk (2Tbsp)
120g Hevy Cream (1/2 cup)

Boone! I made them! I made the cookie cups! My family was impressed, they loved them and when all the goodies inside were gone, they drank coffee and tea out of them😆. Thank you for all your instructions. My only issue was the handles, I could get the right angle to made the cut, so I just rolled them out, place them on one of the cups to measure and “sand” them a little with a very tiny microplane that I have. But they turned out fantastic, thank you so much Boone for all your videos and the clear instructions and recipes!

I want to make them as well. Is putting hot coffee in them really ok? They don't break from it?

@@juliec5309 Hi Julie! Yes, drinking hot coffee or tea is ok, the cookie is sturdy enough. Just like Boone instructions you have to make sure there’s no gaps and make sure that the walls of the cookie are high. Also, I told my family not to grab them by the handle, since it’s only chocolate holding them, Boone said compound chocolate is better, but I only had white chocolate

I am AMAZED at how quietly you placed the different little ingredient bowls back down on the counter, and I was getting this incredible feeling of calm from watching... my husband would love you!!! i learned BaKing deom my Grandma my Grandpa's 1. Job which he had he had To learn This Job 3 years was BaKER Profi BaKing no Hobby he hasnT had had Surnamen Baker he was BAKER ThaTs noT The same i would say

와~와~~😍🤩 오늘 또하나의 아트 작품 탄생이네요 분베이크님!! 정말 정성과 노력이 가득 들어간게 느껴져요 하나하나 중요하지 않은 스텝이 없네요 👍🏻 슈크레 반죽으로 단단한 컵을 만들고 거기에 크렘 디플로매트까지 우와..🤩 몰드위에까지 반죽을 올리셔서 나중에 어떻게 자를까 궁금했는데 채반으로 높이 정리를.. 대박이에요!!! 생각지도 못한 방법이네요 😁 누가 이 디저트를 만들어주면 진짜 너무 감동받을 것 같아요 정성이 너무 가득 들어간 디저트이니까요 😍 오늘도 이쁘고 맛있는 레시피 만들어주셔서 너무 감사해요 분베이크님 🥰
