I want to know what the "secret sauce" in the whipping cream is... Probably either gelatin (for stabilized whipped cream frosting) or maybe cream cheese? Either would be delicious!

Omg first of all i’m so impressed by how clean and hygienic every step is. It’s so well thought of. Look at how much cream and strawberries they give it’s to die for and even the excess strawberries they tuck it back in… i must be visiting this place next time i go to korea!!
