Maybe the reason it failed is because the conversion subject interaction never converts any land, unlike the wargoal conversion, in which case it might be older than thought (I vaguely remember that, anyways)

After you released Belozero, Yaroslav did not have a border with you in order to join the empire

8:46 you actually don't need "revoke privilege" for that. Imperial princes don't take a dip slot as vassals 1 reform earlier. Revoke just offers them to become a vassal.

31:54, I won't correct you, because you are right. The way it works is a little bit weird; there is a check to see if a war declaration is a no-cb or truce break, and if it is, the declaration causes AE proportional to the amount of stab lost. So a no-cb+truce break would be more AE than one of them without the other. But a No-CB+military access (-5 stab) would be even more AE, even though mil access breaks normally don't cause AE. The same goes for RM's.

If you don't annex vassals before revoking privilegia, the vassals you had beforehand will not be HRE vassals (at least not the ones already in the HRE, like Riga), so they'll have insane liberty desire

I like so much this campaign Zlewikk keep it up.

I think if you take the center of reformation for yourself (seize or just conquer it) you can convert it with missionary you just need 5+ missionary strenght. You can get 2 from advisor, 1 from clergy estate privilage, 1 from state edict (thats 4), also you have some decisions to get missionary stenght around this time so its easy to do it. The 100% is only effects the provinces converted by religious center but not the center itself. At 24:29 your missionary was working elsewhere thats why you could not send it.

Bar had 20 years of religious zeal (-100% miss strength). That's why I needed to do it via subject - imgur.com/a/r8veads at 24:29 you can also see two icons with missionaries (-5% and -100%)

The Ai switches capital usually to the highest dev, so you can shift the capital to centre of refromation by feeding the other high dev provinces to allies, to save on AE. That way you can enforce religion in two wars no matter the HRE prince

I tested it on a separate save on swiss and they moved capital to 8 dev mountain so I'd need to take everything but capital which would be like 200 ae

Also you only have 11 free cities at the end. You need to make sure its maximum free cities for IA growth

your subjects will join HRE now after releasing and gives you IA. so nothing wrong with rethel - check 9:46 ;) a valid strat is to vassalize smaller nations to get the IA when they join or conquer and release

They didnt join immediately. Only some time after. If I added the province to empire first it would be immediate

@@ZlewikkTV thats correct, but you wouldnt get the IA from them joining on their own(it is the same IA as you get when expanding the HRE CB). it took them 1-2 month to join

You couldn't add Yaroslavl to HRE as you've released Beloozero and blocked it. About Bar and province religion change, it always worked like that, only peace deal enforcement would change capital's religion.

17:30 and thats on Normal Difficulty. On Very Hard they would have trice that amount of troops and no loans. One of the reasons I hope difficulty is different in EU5. The current system is a bit bullshit.

Should have taken Religious ideas. The Deus Vult CB gives 50% cheaper force conversion in peace deals.

5 % Bonus for HRE is not verry good. I always thought 5% is a lot. But in this case i never where happy with that Idea in any Game.
