Stop Knee Pain! Find the Real Cause!

Do you realize that the majority of knee pain is caused by a hip weakness or a flat foot?
A weak hip or a flat foot (fallen arch) increases the pressure on the knee, causing pain.
In this video, I demonstrate two tests to you, the One-Legged Squat test and the Wet Foot test that will help to determine the origin of your knee pain.
I will also demonstrate exercises and solutions for both.

I can testify to the efficacy of these exercises. My father, at 84 years of age, was having a problem walking up stairs. He said his knees hurt. Two doctors wanted to prescribe painkillers, do an x-ray and possibly do surgery. 3rd doctor demonstrated your first 2 exercises. Within a month, after diligently doing the workouts, my dad was practically bounding up stairs. We had to remind him that he was not a spring chicken anymore. 😄No medicine, no surgery (which may have lead to more complications) needed. Just good old exercise, but slow, focused exercise. 👌The key was to strengthen the muscles and the knees had the support they needed. ❤

Thanks for such a nice information, actually I'm having very bad pain in my left knee for couple of years, doctor suggested me Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), but I was afraid of any side effects so I didn't go for that, now I'm afraid that any such exercises may damage my knee so what do u suggest

Those exercises are good for flat feet, you may want to consider "short foot" exercise as well.

Nothings helps sir, i did alot of trainings for my hips for psoas aductors pain snaping problems and still pains come backs .. I did many research and MRI scan and fysio therapie and watched youtube trainings for the hips tendons or pulled out or snaping or TFL or many other strengthten streching trainings for the hips but the pain stays somewhere in the hips.. This 100 of streching and strengthen techniques helps only for a while but pain will not go away till to find the real couse problem in the hips .. The questions is maybe inflamation tendons or adductor kuscles or nerve problems somewhere or becouse of hip snapping and become very weak and no more to make better .. Only by this of type of 100 trainings will help to make easy mobility in the hip but i think the pain will come back .. I do martial arts and when i kick high side kick or round house kick i feel front and side or back side pain in the hip but the most in the front side by high side or round kick ..This will be realy hard question for the doctors therapist .. Many thinking we need to strengthen the kusjes and streching them and its True becouse we need to control the joint and muscles by kicks but what about the inner pain very deep pinched burning dry needling pain ⚡️by kick 🤸‍♂️? That will be still a question from where comes This pain
