Fix Your High Hip with These Exercises!

A high hip is very common and usually caused by a muscular imbalance.
In this video, I will share three tests with you which help to determine if your high hip is caused by anatomy or muscle tension/weakness.
Then I will provide a solution for each problem, anatomical leg length, muscular tension, or muscular weakness.

Thank you so much for your videos!!! Yours are so different and make so much sense. I'm working on my twisted pelvis (your exercises) . I will try these also as my twisted pelvis messed up my hip and I have been dealing with back pain, sciatica, and hip pain for many years. I've tried everything and it has slowly gotten a little better. No PT has helped me at all. I refuse to get a hip replacement as I can feel it's tight muscles and misalignment.
