I once attended an event wearing what I think of as my best looking non-formal outfit. Dark denim, brown chelsea boots, black turtleneck and grey sport jacket with white pocket square. Someone there said I was looking like GQ. I was easily the best dressed person there. It felt pretty awesome 😅

I went to see Kenny G live with a similar look except suit pants instead of denim. There were a handful of people dressed similarly, but we stood out against so many in tee shirts!

So much value in this video that I needed to see right now in my life. I was in a bicycle accident last week and can't exercise for about a month. Makes me really appreciate a normal life and the OPPORTUNITY that most men have to exercise! Don't waste the opportunity everyday to exercise! Push-ups are FAST! Less than a minute and you're done for the day! I went from 10 to 50 in 3 months! Time goes by quickly! Take charge of yourself! I really do need to measure my values and goals again...I've actually completely pivoted what I'm doing...

Something my high school principal told my class that's actually stuck with me throughout the years is, "All you have to do is give 1% a day to something. Before you know it, 100 days go by and you've given 100% to that thing. Now imagine if you did 2% a day." It's really helped me with incremental motivation and staying consistent with myself.

That lack of self-awareness is a problem that effects more being invisible. It can make one vulnerable to persuasion and thus manipulation. If you do not have or know your own values, others can make your values their values. As someone who is AuDHD*, I have an innate social disadvantage, and made the assesment that trying to make others like me and masking more than I have to would be unhealthy. I ended up becoming sonewhat popular because I was honest both to myself and to those around me. *ADHD Autism comirbidity. Both have innate social disadvantages.

Excellent suggestion to put in the reps when it comes to conversation. I would addd that in puritanical societies (like the US) where cold starts to conversation are frowned upon, rejection--even from the 65+ year old woman, man, whoever--is something that a man had better get comfortable with. For every four puritans, a man will have a solid conversation with one. Love the channel, keep up the great content!

"What are your values"? Bingo! That is a great starting point, and can construct a solid foundation for who we are. Integrity is a product of not wavering when it comes to basic decency and kindness towards others. One other trait or skill that will help us stand out, is being aware of our speech patterns, which I believe are greatly overlooked. I am retired now from the commercial aviation business, but the corporate world in general is sickeningly overloaded with cliche"s, acronyms, and disingenuous nonsense. Some of my least favorite are,..."Reaching out, on point, going forward, deep dive, having your back, and game changer. Most people (employees) can see right through that. By expanding our vocabulary, we can avoid sounding like "everybody else". Here's an example, "Oftentimes" is just not a good word. Instead, I say "Very often", or "Frequently", or "Routinely", or "In many cases". As always, best wishes Antonio!...Mark

Well said. It's all too easy to come across as a soul-less bimbo if you're all look, no grace in communication. I find that going back to the classics - classic literature - is a great way to "get real" again on my communication. Stepping back from industry clichés and reconnecting with beautiful and interesting literature. I'm sure it nourishes my brain more than the feeds from content creators or the latest non-fiction best-sellers

Huge emphasis on gym being first thing in the morning. I can clearly tell how my approach to life, how my day goes, is different, much better, when I start the day with a gym session. No need to have a full fledged workout either. If you don't feel like it just be there, do a few sets, you might accidentaly get a pump, and when you repeat that enough times, you might get your gains.

Antonio have done a session on the best way to roll up long sleeves, if that's even a thing that should be done? I wear long sleeve shirts to work, inside, every day even in the summertime, but sometimes roll them up....i've seen guys roll them so they're like 3/4 sleeves, and have seen them be rolled up above the elbows....is there a right way to do it for inside work, outdoor work, etc? Thanks!

When I got the shoe they were a full size too big Im in the process of sending them back now there saying they won't refund do to size which is not something they explained on their site. I'm hoping they make it right so I can come back and tell everyone that this is a company worth dealing with.

Do not look to the world for approval seek Christ for the world will disappoint you. You either serve the world or serve God and trust in his word when he says. Romans 12:2 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Unfortunately none of this matters when you're short. You won't be noticed regardless of what you do. The "short" guy standing next to you is still inches taller. There's clearly no value in a guy who has values, takes care of himself, but happens to be short for no fault of his own. Gym has been a life long thing for me and literally has ZERO affect on what women think of you.
