Realising that nothing will happen without me taking action, was one of the best motivators to get my act together.

Tip: wear glasses everyone will look and notice you😅 nah jokes aside I feel ya sometimes in life u can feel extremely unimportant and feel like no one cares but just have the mindset that “I am important, and that I can impact ppl lives in a good way”❤️

Thank you. I have felt invisible my whole life. Never been in love or made that connection. Iam a skater dude too and have started again after 27 years. It seems nice guys get nowhere in this world. I thought being funny, caring was the way to a women's heart but they just want bad boys.

I’ve felt invisible my whole life. Until I become successful at something and then people hate me for it and I’m all but invisible. They tear me down and take it all away. I’ve started over so many times that I just gave up. Now I’m introverted , rarely leave my house and have no friends by choice. I also don’t strive to succeed anymore. If I don’t have anything then there is nothing to take.

I have that same struggle. Broken people love to tear other people down. You have to keep going. They want to tear you down because you have something they want. It can be hard when it is your close friends and family that don’t want you to succeed but if it helps know that there are people who don’t know you who believe in you. I do 😊

I relate to this on whole new level 💯.

I'm tired of being INVISIBLE. I want to be seeing and HEARD. I DO MATTER. MY ACTIONS DO MATTER. I Matter to all my Friends and Family.

I once took everyone’s book bag from room. All these bags were right next to people. One by one all at once I took everyone’s bag and stacked them in a pile in the back of the room. Not one student, not even the teacher noticed and some other kid got blamed for it and I was just disturbed by it because of how little people even paid attention to me.

When you'll create something of value through your work or in any way, you'll never feel such kind of feelings ever again in your life. In fact, you only have to be right once! 🙌

life is so mixed you have to decide to serve yourself in order to arise. you have to choose the path which you think belongs to you and try to adapt within.

All of my adult life I’ve been treated as if I was invisible….at events I like to talk to people, I might say, “Hi! I’m new here! Could you-“ the person would turn to their friend and start happily conversing as if I wasn’t there. My table neighbor dropped a fork, I asked if he wanted a clean one. He turned to his neighbor to complain that he dropped his fork. I asked a couple of times if he wanted another, finally he went off to find a clean one. Once I saw a man in a wheelchair crossing the street, asked 3 times if he needed help to get to the sidewalk. No answer. He then called to passers-by for help to get on the sidewalk, no one heard him and I left, really confused. I’ve decided from now on to bring a puzzle book to major social occasions, though I want to meet new people they cannot see or hear me. This has happened constantly for decades.

i think that's the problem , i give other who don't deserve too much value and not to myself and what i really want. Going to say stupid things just so they notice me , when in the truth it's not worth it.

This happened to me sorda.We almost lost my daughter when a piece of candy lodge in her throat.The Heimlich didn’t work.My wife couldn’t get it out and I couldn’t get it out at first.She passed out and I picked her up and started beating on her back frantically till she regained consciousness and finally cough it up.I know it seems like a simple choking incident but I know God laid his hand on her that day.And I know I haven’t been the same since

Well...in his story about falling his actions only mattered because there were people who cared about him/had a relationship with him. What if you feel invisible and you have no-one who really cares?

Lets not quote people who cheat on their spouses. Everything that he's said or done is now underscored by his own choices.

Beautiful post. I'm so glad you stopped yourself at that critical cliff moment as I would imagine your wife and kids are too. My actions have not always been the wisest, and I'm grateful for each day where we all have new opportunities to make changes.

Feeling invisible can get to you a lot man... Even if i say something , I feel that people just hear it and think "what a dork" or they just don't hear it.I wish I could stop , I have people in my life that care about me but they are from family mostly. You go to class and you know it dosen't matter what you say, actually they reacted when i was "angry". It's ok tough , I've got more people with more quality friendhsips and love then fake friends, so if someone has this problem, Im sorry, but they , the one's that ignored you , they are gonna be even more sorry they ignored you.

I always wanted to be invisible, never to bee seen by other people, just live my life like I want to and not care about what others are thinking.
