A commenter below added another trait which might help the attractiveness level. The example given was compatibility at a spiritual level. I can’t see, for example, an atheist guy being attractive to a religious girl, for instance.

    9. Don't worry about what women find attractive. There's more to life than stressing over what women think. Read if you want to read and work out if you want to work out, but don't do it just to impress women.

Exactly right, wm6739. These "10 things men do that women love" articles make men think they can create attraction when there's none to begin with. "I wasn't into this guy at all until I found out what a great reader and cook he is!" Said no one. Ever.

@@matthewveth2030 So let me get this straight. If you have 2 otherwise equal guys, one acts and dresses in a more attractive manner than the other, you're saying that will make no difference to women and guys shouldn't even bother trying? Ok got it. You go on and keep not bothering. Lol.

This mindframe is exactly why men grow long toe nails, have stinky pits, eye boogers, cheesy teeth, and wearing long ponytails not cutting their hair since 2018. F that! Lets get back to caring how others view us so we can be presentable and impressive with the aspiration of impressing someone.

I agree with your point … but it *doesn't* invalidate anything Antonio said. I'm married (over 10 years). Already got the girl. I don't need to impress women. But if I ever *need* to go out dating again (either as a widower or a divorcée), I would like to have a few strategies. I'm not going to *change* my interests to impress women. But several of my interests/passions *already* impress women. And if I know *which* interests those are, that's something that might be a good topic of conversation during a first date. I'm passionate about my job. I'm passionate about dancing. I'm interested in cooking and cycling (and do both regularly). I read voraciously. All things I can talk about to generate interest. There's no reason for me to change who I am underneath it all. But there are some strategic ways for me to bring up a few topics a bit earlier in a relationship. Dating isn't binary. If you're assuming that you're changing yourself to impress women, then you've already lost. But if you assume that you're presenting the "best face" of yourself to a potential date … that could be a winning strategy.

Cussing is a big one. People get upset when you say it makes them look bad, but the fact of the matter is...cussing freely just makes people look bad. That's not to say a bad word here or there is entirely bad, but some people say more cuss words than actual words and then wonder why everyone thinks that they are jerks. Coincidentally, those are the same people that say "i don't care what people think of me" even though they very much do, ironically.

I agree with you about the cooking thing - I just wanted to learn how to prepare really tasty, healthy, food that didn't take all day to cook. I've had two girls (among friend groups) who I've cooked for since, while I was cooking for everyone, who have confessed attraction to me afterwards... got zero vibes from them before they tasted my meal, I was starting to wonder if Coriander was an active ingredient in love potions or something.

I agree with repairing things by yourself, I always were afraid that I will break things. Until my laptop was dead, I went to the only repair shop in town, I was ready to pay money so they repair it for me. Because I study engineering, I was knowing what’s the problem is, but I don’t know what tools needed, and everyone telling me that I need to buy new one. After being sure that I will buy a new one, I said “what about I go and try using the tools I have and try fixing it myself, anyway, I’m buying a new one”. And guess what, I repaired it, and that’s happened about 8 months ago, never needed to pay thousands of euros for new laptop. I never knew that was a masculine habit, I just wanted to explore things.

My sense of humor is very dry and very sarcastic. Even my wife can’t tell if I am serious sometimes. It is very tough to use sarcastic humor in today’s diverse / young workplace because a lot of non-Americans don’t get sarcasm, and young people either take everything too seriously or are looking to be offended. The problem is that if you make it obvious, it isn’t funny, and if you dumb it down, it isn’t funny. It’s really strange when you can make the 70 year old woman at the coffee shop laugh out loud but a 25 year old in your office thinks the same joke is a personal attack.

The two things to triumph them all, and they're not even a habit: be physically handsome/good looking and wealthy. Nothing more attractive to women than that. After looks and wealth, these habits are just a plus to them and honestly, what a self fulfilling person should do, if not a must. It is what it is. Perhaps I'm just a horrible human being, but it doesn't matter how well I can cook, how versed I am in different topics thanks to my reading, how well I can create and keep good and funny banter, and how well I keep my personal appearance, no girl is going to know if they don't even look at my general direction just because I'm not good looking enough for them.

Hey Antonio, I agree 100%. Women absolutely *LOVE* when a guy can cook. I cook for every woman I go out with, at some point, and it draws them like a moth to a flame. My mom always preferred my dad's soups over her own. Women also prefer an assertive/decisive man. A good friend actually lost his wife to an assertive man. They would always do whatever she wanted to do. He saw it as just pleasing his wife instead of he making a decision. By the way, coming to you live from Houston. Diggin' that you're still representing Texas up there in Wisconsin, 3:03 🙂👍You should take a break and bring the family to check out the rodeo (Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo). Men who are confident, active, self sufficient, and have an active mind that is humble and self-deprecating, secure in their masculinity, these are all winners. They are also skillsets learned over time, which is also attractive as they display maturity.

It was my dad’s 2004 Honda with 185,000 miles on it. H My dad said just watch some you tube videos and do it yourself. Before doing that though we decided to pop the trunk and take a look. It was so easy it was literally just changing a light bulb. Tony has made this point before but its a solid one.

But for all things good and holy in this world, if you’re going to ask me out on a date, PLEASE don’t make me choose what we’re doing all the time. Be they male or female, reading a book regarding philosophy or the natural sciences is immensely attractive. It's also an amazing conversation starter. Just don't disturb these amazing people if they look too deep into their books. Thank you for a wonderful video, as always. Confidence and assertiveness are something I have struggled with before; I always walked with a stooped posture and radiated pure depression. Working out has been helping in this aspect; that and having no filter when it comes to calling out when it's getting too silly. Sometimes, my autism has been helpful. The British humour of Monty Python and Blackadder is something to be appreciated. I never found humour regarding bodily functions to be interesting. Taking a jab at oneself and then firing back at your conversation partner for a good bit of ol' banter is hilarious. Also, that creaking leather jacket is pure asmr. Best regards, Lars. P.S. Square-toed shoes are indeed abominable. That and baggy trousers hanging around your ankles. However, I will strongly advocate for the return of 16th-century doublets and colourful puffy trousers in the style of that era. The Landsknechts had some of the best drips.

7 basic human traits that every adult should have. By now. 😄 Not as sexy of a title but there you go. Btw, just found an old pair of square-toed dress shoes in my basement that I used to kick loose the ice fence that a snowplow left at the bottom of my driveway. Destroyed the shoes and cleared the ice. Win-win.

Humour is a big issue. Personally I'm a big guy...think John Wayne type of build. But because as a child I was often the youngest of our group of friends I was the fall guy for jokes. I've kept up that roll, I'm 54 now, and find it a great way to make friends, help others in social situations and I genuinely find it easy to laugh at myself. However, women haven't always seen this as a positive masculine thing. I've had women moan that I should stand up for myself when my friends are making fun of me. I had to point out to a lady a couple of years ago that hay, the lads aren't being cruel to me, it's how groups men are together..they banter. It shows I am popular with my friends and they are comfortable with me and I can take any amount of it...some people cannot and it will adversely affect them. Other women, like my wife, really appreciate my sense of humour and often realise that there one or two who go to far with a joke and it makes them look bad, not me.

I do all the cooking (and food shopping) in my house. My wife looooooves it so much. It’s not just because it’s tasty and good (it is), but because it’s one of the ways I take care of her. I’d add “be polite, especially to working people.” It takes no effort to say “thank you” to the Subway person who just made your sandwich, or give a smile to the bank teller. People will notice it.

Question about that Leather jacket: towards the end of the video, I thought I could hear it "creaking" or rubbing on itself. I am looking in to getting a leather jacket soon, but the texture I associate with that sound always drives me nuts. Is that a "new jacket" thing that goes away after wearing it a few times, or is it dependent on the type of leather or finish?

I watch videos about how to dress well, then KZread recommends me videos on dating and attracting women. KZread is recommending me videos like it's saying an entirely different sentence. I just want to watch videos about men's fashion and put that content into practice! 😂 As a man though I find these qualities attractive in a personality. Book reading and cooking in particular is something I'm working on especially because I go to gym often, and I've been focusing on my mental health. The mental health part is another attractive component in my opinion.

I need to get back into reading, got a good mix of books I got the past few years ranging from history to just fiction. I started Twenty-Thousand Leagues Under the Sea a while ago but I never finished it because of classes. Cooking is also a huge benefit not just for attractiveness but you also save money on food and, if you eat healthy, your body has better "communication" with you since you are also eating for nutrients and not just for pleasure; what I mean is that once you get into this habit and you get sick, your stomach will actually tell you that it needs food even if you don't have taste.

Do these things for yourselves guys ! Not for women or anyone else. Don't try to impress others, be yourselves and protect your peace of mind. If they don't like you, move on!. If you die today, those people who didn't like you keep living their lives. Everyone is the lead character in their own lives.
