You know what, I'm divorced. There isn't much reason for me to dress up or look good for anyone... But I do want to teach my two sons how to be men and how to account well of themselves. I'm glad I found this channel. I have respect for my apperenace where ever I go and I will teach my boys the same. That is my commitment!

Good onya buddy! Keep it up! I've done the same with my two boys, now men. At the time it doesn't seem like they're paying much attention, but as they've grown older I can see how they've taken on board my values, and the importance of self-improvement. (In fact, I'm proud to say they've both turned out better than me - I now learn much from them).

If you live anywhere but the upper middle class suburbs, it's critical you real up on red pill for them. (Helpful regardless--learning things like how money matters-even to women who aren't gold diggers [they're just willing to take a chance on you _before_ you make any money-but you still need to have the potential for success at least.], and also how men and women DO NOT look for the same things in one another-it's COMPLETELY different). These are things that are so obvious to me in hindsight, but I had to be told by someone.

The most important reason to dress up is you! Whether you are divorced, married or dating. Do it for yourself! Keep up the good example for your sons 👏🏽

Yep people trying too hard to be different just end up looking like goofs, here it's white blokes with dreadlocks wooden jewellery & Jamaican summer rainbow clothing in the depths of English winter, ha always makes me chuckle.
I would've thought the #1 rule to looking stronger and more powerful is to be stronger and more powerful. Going to the gym and getting in shape will make half of the things talked about in this video way easier
@dennischiapello3879
Жыл бұрын
I think it's the wrong emphasis. Going to the gym doesn't necessarily lead to better habits of posture, carriage, eye contact, etc. One could make the case that developing these behavioral habits is more likely to inspire you to get in better shape.

I’m 36 divorced I have been diagnosed with Asperger’s as a kid. I’m in the army reserve I have 41/2 years until retirement I’ve been watching your videos to help up my game I have always had to work harder then others in social situations appreciate the videos
My word for 2023 is deliberate. I am not here to "discover myself". I am here to design myself.
As a casual, mid 30's married father of four... I tend to have a really nice pair of shoes, my nice watch, a fresh haircut and that pulls everything together for what I'm trying to accomplish no matter what the attire.

Man you just described me. You rock it brother!
* Love of family/friends * Treat others with respect * Honesty * Loyalty * Give everything to protect others
I think the concept of "putting in the reps" is excellent. For the first time in my 62 years I've been consistent in going to the gym (aka PITR). Now I need to PINTR on the confidence and engagement and confidence side. My core values of family, hard work, life long education do not always get the chance to be seen as my shorter stature and lack of style do not lend to successful interpersonal engagements. Eye contact for me is extremely hard. But I have been PINTR so that is getting better. Ive found these videos very helpful and I look forward to exploring all of them. From a fellow veteran to another, I thank you for your service.
26 years in the Royal Australian Navy gives you many values to live by, mine align but 1st is Family, the Couintry, Honour, Courage and Integrity. I always used to have sports playlist for prep before playing, I have now made a list from the songs mentioned in the video and the others that were mentioned in Comments, I also added Indestructible by Disturbed, I used to listen to that as I was finishing my game prep. Thanks for the great Chanel Antonio
Antonio, your videos have made a huge difference in regards to my self confidence. I am 18 and recently started University (college for Americans). Your videos have helped me articulate my style tastes and have given me the kick up the arse I need to put more effort into my appearance, and the newfound confidence it gives me coupled with reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius makes me feel, as you put it, like a million bucks. I aspire to be like you one day. Many thanks and best wishes Jamie

Great vid as usual. One word a I use to keep myself pumped up is "distinguish". Distinguish myself among others, whatever it may be. Think about it, plan for it and do it.
That visualization technique is king: really amazing stuff
Love the Gunship plug!
I work as a developer in a software company. The managers all wear suits, my coworkers are in jeans and tee shirts. When I started with the company, I would turn up in smart casual. No one paid attention to me. So, I started to dress more like my coworkers. Over time they started to engage with me socially; I was one of them. Fast forward a couple of years, and now that I’m ‘established’, I switched it up a notch: I still wore jeans but I paired it with solid colour dress shirts and a sports jacket (dark grey). Sometimes even a simple tie. The result was I still had the social connection with my coworkers (though the first couple of days they kept asking me if I had a job interview or something) … and, after a week, the managers started to notice me. They’d say “Hi,” (in the break room, the corridor, etc) and ask my opinions on things. Sadly, post-pandemic, most staff have chosen to stay working from home. There are only a few of us in the office now, and no managers. So, my wardrobe no longer has the same traction it once did.

Powerful video and a great balance of tips between outer and inner work. Thank you for being an inspiration to me!
Never thought I'd hear the words Gunship - Tech Noir in a RMRS video, but here we are and I'm loving it
When you speak of confident body language it reminds of that scene in Superman The Movie when Clark Kent is in Lois's apartment and is about to tell her he's Superman. His body language changes from slouching to standing up tall and shoulders back and chest out even his voice changed to a more authoritative, confident tone. Then he changes his mind and resorts back to his former posture and wimpy uncertain tone.
100% Having females around you is like a suit of shiny armor. Had a model friend go out with me and she did alot of flirty dances with me. Almost every guy came to fist pump me and it was so fast I didn't even get a chance to tell them she's not spoken for. One guy was so smitten I had to walk up to him and tell him to ask her out. He got shot down, but it was very interesting. Women were smiling at me and engaging in conversation. The weirdest cheat code I've ever experienced.
Hello Antonio! I've just checked out Gunship and they've produced some amazing songs and their videos are brilliant! 'Ghost' is another stunning song and video! I've completely changed my life around at the age of 50, (only took this long! 😂) The way I think, not taking anything for granted anymore and appreciating the blessing of waking up everyday! I've transformed my wardrobe from hoodies and trainers into chinos, suits, smart leather shoes and overcoats (freezing here in the UK 🇬🇧! ) Keep up the great work sir! 👍🏻

Hey Antonio where did you buy that red suede jacket? It’s so amazing!
Carl Fartman furniture always helps me with a ladies and self confidence.
I'm actually wearing something close to Drug Lords suits, i will take a goofy example but good one enough to show you that this guy has style. Tony Montana, a gangster from Cuba that had nothing unless his own ambition that led him to the criminal food-chain. His clothes were great. At the beggining he only had old dirty shirt and pants, later he equiped hawaiian shirt, then he started wearing suits from money he get. Exposed chest with the gold chain is the sign of high class and Kingpin. His black suit in my opinion is the most underrated one. Tony was a guy with balls, he know what he wants and how to get it. He's the real deal when the sh*t hits the fan. He doesn't back down for anyone and he dishes it out just as hard as he can take it. He is a great example of being strong, confident and looking powerful.
Truth’ll set you Free (song by Mother’s Finest)-appropriately named, works every time!😉
you're right on visual impact of men constantly holding and checking mobile phone. sign of insecurity and dependence.
Can you start doing a breakdown of what brand/items of clothing you are wearing in each of your videos in the comment box below videos?
I was going to check out that music video, but I wanted to give you the watchtime first.
In regard to appearance, especially if you truly love the organization you are in (mine being a veterans organization) learn and embrace the style of dress that most members use. Sometimes you may prefer a certain shirt or necktie style but it may not be what is best for the given occasion and remember to always conduct yourself in an appropriate manner..
my favorite here is the breathing technique. I had no idea how much it actually helps.
As always , thanks for adding great value to my boring life
Visualization of certain situations, or assumed situations, turns them into a routine and a familiar environment in which you already know how to behave and react. We've all imagined scenarios in which we approach girls, so you just have to remember adolescence! Go ahead bravely, with a bright spirit!
14:20 I don’t have anything new to add, the core military values are just good. And the practice, takes a while, got sloppy during Covid and back slid some of the progress.
Gunship is indeed AWESOME!
So that explains the 3 Gunship tracks on my gym playlist! I went for Eminem's "Cinderella Man", though...
6:36 Source for that burgundy jacket? I like it. Thanks for your time.
Duuude I love gunship haha I am loving that shout out for him
These are the type videos I like from you. Keep it up.
Visualization is the most important. If you can't see yourself as a powerful person no one else is going to either!
When I played baseball, the more I visualized winning or succeeding, the more comfortable I was when I was succeeding so my emotions didn't get too overwhelming. Agreed. Visualization is the strongest component to preparing for any situation.
I'm a Primus fan. There's ALWAYS ample amounts of bass in my life👍
Slipknot - All Out Life. This track would get the dead pumped up. Seriously one of my faves to get absolutely focused.

The quintessential power suit is a navy suit with a solid maroon -- not a red -- tie. A slight difference that makes all the difference. It is also wise to select maroon over red in patterned ties.

I recommend "The Drone Racing League" by Gunship, that one is also a banger!

Love you
The red shoe effect is definitely a thing. In middle school I accidentally got all the rich kids trying to look poor, and all the guys showing up to school with bed head.
When about to give a speech, I wouldn’t have coffee for awhile and good sleep, nights before. So you don’t stutter.
I think the 🤔 rule no:1 should be, never ever stand like the thumbnail of this video. Yeah because it looks like one of the Harley Quinn's poses, and 3:12 is this bag bullet proof? "PALISSY BRIEFCASE?"
Currently going through a divorce and definitely struggling with low self esteem - thanks for publishing this, it really helps
Question: Any warning signs that people are/beginning to use clothes and style to make themselves valuable vs. Seeing yourself valuable and indulging in clothes.
@SkuzzelB8

"Seeing yourself valuable".... thats not exactly the wording i would have used. "Earning your value"..... this would have been the better choice. And for those who try to imitate value by dressing like those who do.... they don't last very long. Posers always get caught.

Anyone who thinks visualization is woo woo needs an ego check. It’s proven and entirely logical. However, you must visualize properly, including overcoming the hard parts.
Hey there RMRS, what about lunch? How can a gentleman bring their lunch to the office without kind of carrying around a little kid style lunch box?
13:53 I 100% agree. I would also add screwing big time. Seeing that the aftermath of most mistakes won't kill you, gives the confidence to dare. Who dares, wins.
I've always had a different set of routines for my career. Usually, I wake up early in the morning, get my exercise done, walk the dog and my stepdaughter to school, and come home and practice all of my instruments until I have work that evening. If I don't, I cook dinner for the family and then do something with the family before bed. Right now, on tour, I don't have access to my instruments until shortly before shows (and I'm away while things normalize at home with working as a musician), so I tend to get my exercise done before breakfast, eat, then just get used to putting on something that feels good and go out in public more since before the pandemic. It's been a strange two years where I just got too comfortable with a polo and jeans, and just let my shoes do the talking (if I did go out in public). Commitments and needs change due to what's going on in our lives, and don't feel bad if you need to adapt to outside influences. Just get it done!
