    Principal Bartenders at the best bar in the country dont need to jigger the amounts. They've perfected it.

    I fail to see the point to how these guys pour. They insist on free pouring but have to hold up the glass which not only looks ridiculous, but defeats the point of free pouring which is to free up a hand.

    Jeremy S. i think its cause he’s not “counting” the pour like most people, he’s looking at the glass and measuring that way, i see what your saying it can look silly, but Steve knows what he’s doing and its a really good drink :)

    @@xArrowManHe’s counting in his head. Believe me. I was a cocktailer in New Orleans for a decade. It becomes muscle memory but at prohibition style speak easy’s, it’s also part of the show.

    @@chadwickwright2833 I've seen it done both ways, Steve in interviews has called it "high to the eye free pouring" but regardless the drink is measured accurately either way
