    Yes normally freshly ground nutmeg...could substitute with cinnamon perhaps?

    Hilarious seeing the amateurs talk about free pouring. Places of this level of quality test their bartenders regularly on accuracy. I know. I’m a 23 year veteran bartender & beverage director.

    Hi Mike, there is no shame on it. They take great pride saying they are very well trained. They have to pass a test too, not only on the recipes but free pouring and as a host to become Bartender. Cheers

    An experienced bartender should have no problem free pouring

    I don't think it is humanly possible to free pour at the level of accuracy of jiggers when doing complex cocktails let alone an entire shift.
