It's really helpful how you break everything down and explain the logically progressions. It's a good teaching style
Skin the Cat is so underrated! Straight arm strength, push/pull strength, core strength...it's a great all-rounder if you are low on time.
Feels good coming straight out of yoga and already having the German hang. No idea what has given me that strength. Wheel push ups and crow maybe?
I would love to hear your thoughts on warming up for this type of exercise program. I often struggle with knowing if I am ready to start a workout.
