    Thanks Melissa this was a amazing work out i really lifted heavy leg day this really relaxing and loosen up my glutes and core and especially my spine feel amazing this can be done in the evening after a long day u are a fantastic trainer I really love these long work out everything you do is so helpful i be sharing with my gym friends they will be inspired with this content u rock always keep up the great work see you next work out have a wonderful day happy Easter 🐰
