Sprinting between 20 to 30 seconds, resting 90 seconds, and doing this 8 times will increase HGH by 771%. And doing that up a hill can have HGH increase by 2000%. Keep doing work.

Bs. Repeated sprints lead to a negative feedback loop from fatty acids. Do your research.

@ablabla880 I did bodyweight exercises every other day during Ramadan and did hill sprinting before the fasting started. HGH increased by 2000% when this happened. It took 7 minutes longer to do the next conditioning interval, and it was designed to only take 30 minutes. Do (hill) sprints after you exercise and watch the gains begin.

Theory behind this is incorrect. Nobody can run a 200m and hold top speed. While this will improve conditioning and make you a better athlete will not help speed endurance (as in holding top speed). It will train you to slow down at a slower rate which is close but not quite the same thing. For reference flo jo's world record 100m she held her top speed from 65m to 95m. That's only 30m and is the best there has ever been. Most athletes can hold top speed for maybe 10m consistently. She really wasn't that fast( peak was 10.5 m/s), but used what she had better than anyone else. Wish I knew how she did it.
