damn i was doing similar stuff in my teens just figuring stuff out to develop more power for fighting and doing those press outs with barbell for explosive power works great

Awesome stuff as usual. I’ve been incorporating a very similar kettlebell complex into my workout. One difference is I end with the rows rather than start with them. I’m an only using 1 kettlebell and switching hands. Would the rows not fatigue your core and legs too much before hitting the squats and not pushes? Btw I really appreciate the explanation behind the benefit of this style of workout. I’m a purely recreational athlete playing touch rugby now and I find this kind of complex has helped my power endurance to sprint while playing.

No gloves fighting grew up doing that love the feel of knuckles cracking jaws and watching legs turning bambi especially the big guys one smash on that chin as big as they are they legs go jelly and windows shutdown exactly why I don't bulk but at 205 lbs as it makes you fast as fuck bulking don't increase punching power if you make your punch release like a spring-loaded hammer youl ko anyone retracting heavy weight weakens and slips punch lean to punch underload spring loaded pressure no one sees that sprung loaded hammer coming straight down the middle like a bullet bang night night

If someone recommends bcaas I immediately know is not much of an expert 😂 whey protein activates mtor exactly the same and in addition protein contains all amino acids needed for muscle growth and regeneration.

When working on your neck, you should also perform barbell shrugs so that you can have an extremely resilient and strong neck.

Work your back with the Barbell Row and the Nautilus Jersey, this way you will strengthen your back and it will be extremely difficult to submit with any of the Jiu Jitsu neck chokes. It will be even harder for them to strangle you. It is very important to perform the Jersey on a flat bench with a bar, or Nautilus Jersey.
