These courts need to take this stuff more seriously. Its not a joke to be stalked and harassed. We see the same story over and over........ something HAS to change!!!!!😢😡

@@rationalbacon5872 Huh? Who’s protected? Judges? They don’t exactly have bodyguard details and crime is very much everyone’s problem. State and federal lawmakers are in charge of drafting and changing laws in this country, including minimum and maximum sentencing guidelines - not the courts. Why everyone has it out for the judicial system lately for simply following sentencing guidelines, I haven’t a clue.

Hi Harmin!! What a senseless loss. No one should have to beg in fear that they need protection. Victim's Rights has failed so many. I can vouch for this but prefer not to, as it's too emotionally painful. Thank you Harmin. 🙏🕊️❤️ I also blame our failed justice system. A slap on the wrist and they're right back escalating their crimes. Angers me so much.😡

So glad to have you back with your vlogs! Missed you! This is such a sad story! Jenny was trying to live her life and helping kids. My grandson is autistic and I know how we need these special educators for kids like him. I can only imagine having to look over your shoulder everyday to see if this jerk was around. Police do nothing until the stalker attacks the victim in some way. Sad justice system we have these days! Take care Harmin!

Protection orders don't do anything. My daughter had one against an abusive ex and twice he violated it and he would get arrested and then get right out of jail. I was terrified for her we never knew where he was or what he was planning.

What a tragic loss and so preventable.

Thanks for this video. An order of protection can help a victim if said victim has to kill their haresser. They have proof that the person was stalking them and they were acting in self defense.

A view from the UK. We have the same problem here in the UK. You can obtain all the court pronouncements and paperwork you like but it will never stop these stalkers. Like, serial killers, paedophiles etc., they are hard wired to do this. In their case, even to be killed over it. It really is a medical condition but not taken seriously enough by the authorities. I think they view it as a low key crime. What a beautiful girl, sincere condolences to her family.
