It's a silly rule and only helps DFW identify and size the fish if they decide to check you out, but it is a rule.
"Oh no Steven's comin!" Lol sounds like the kid that everybody thought had cooties in elementary school and all the other kids are like "Oh no Steven's comin!" Hahahaha just messin with ya. Love this show
You got so lucky with the yellow tail, awesome job.

So good.
Love the spearfishing content
that was great. educational and entertaining :)
So jealous , I wish I was on the boat!!! Love spearfishing
This is the first time I ever seen you guys in California, I would love to see a public land deer hunt out here
Your a bad ass hunter on land brother, makes sense you would be good at hunting in the ocean too. Stoked to see you dabble in spearfishing! Keep up the good content!
I love how Steve questions every aspect of instruction always asking why to see if the person can justify what seems to be rediculous 😅

He sounds like a 5 year old kid, except maybe that is why he is so knowledgeable about so many different things pertaining to the outdoors. He asks and learns. So many adults seem to lazy these days to ask and learn.

I think he asked for the viewers too. If he Steve can’t explain it us, then he wants the instructor to explain it.
Such a sick episode, and can we appreciate Steve's taste in shirts? #4Runner
Yep! Spearfishing, surfing, and mountain biking keep me in California. All the beatniks make me second guess this place though. On another note, you guys got lucky with those guys. You just got a free freedive/spearfishing course from experienced divers. Rad show!
I don't eat fish (allergies) and I'm afraid of water, but god damn i love watching this show. Amazing new show Steve. Big Fan.
Very cool!
Awesome!
Thanks for coming to California! Great video! Should have put a GoPro on you, Steven, and Janis to get a good POV during your spearo time.
This is my favorite video of yours please do more
Never could do something like that but those fish looked delicious
Slip Tips to Grizzly Stiks.......love it

In today's climate, you need to know what their pronouns are..... 😳🤯
Bonita--bleed right away, ice/saltwater slurry, filet, olive oil and garlic, salt pepper, flash fry--same day. Insanely good.
this...was special. lucky I used to do that at the beaches of brazil when I trained there. we also got smaller fish and used them for crab bait the next early morning... 1h got us 80 crabs one morning. Awsome stuff guys!
fresh sushi.....yum
awesome
Enjoy your videos!!
Just found meat eater today. Gonna be watching all of it now 😂
Great video guys! Need more underwater footage. Ya gotta get ya some bugs next time, do a little night diving. Hint Halibuts eyes glow in your dive light when sticking out of the sand. 😉 Great to see some underwater hunting, keep it coming!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember the podcast and now some visuals to along with it. Howdy from West Michigan boys!
I am a scuba diver and I love the ocean and really want to spear fish someday
Having recently bought a sail boat to move onto and live full time, spear fishing's something I really want too get into to try and be as self sufficient as possible, plus I also heard Joe Rogan talking about you on a podcast, then KZread just bought you up in my suggestions, so I think the stars may be aligning. Well that or I need to just get out more. Until then, pandemic binge media consumption it is. 😁😁
