Thank you Akis for this lovely recipe! I just made it and it was the best spaghetti and meatballs I have ever made! It smells like a restaurant in my house. My husband (Italian) has hearts popping out of his eyes. Lol, if only he knew my secret.

i think if you don't squeeze the union juice, you will need to add more bread crumbs, and taste less of the beef. Turkish chef Refika also used this technique

Akis! I love your videos and I have been watching them for years. I have a question that I've been wondering about for a while. I live in a tiny German village, and here we don't always have access to the fresh herbs that you use in your recipes, which I think is a shame. However, I try to do make use of what we have, and I was wondering if substituting fresh herbs for dry herbs would make a difference? Obviously it will not be exactly the same, but I would love to hear your input on this, Akis. : )
