I can see why she said playing Melfi was the most challenging role she's ever done - because the stiff, uptight character seems to be a total 180 from her real-life personality.

The problem is she doesnt' look after herself. So she gets fat. Then she thinks she's ugly fat. So she gets lipo suction. It changes her face. All she needed to do in the first place was look after herself and not get fat. the surgery wasn't needed. A good diet was. Then she gets healthy and has a different face.
