Love, love, LOVE the half bath. Finally, the guests do not go into the personal bathrooms of the people living in the home. The kitchen is awesome. Love all the counter space. Great size pantry. This is a really nice home with a great layout.

I really like this home. First thing I thought of was if you were single you could rent those rooms out. Having a private bath when renting a room is a premium.

I didn’t even think about that, my response was nope, too many bathrooms to clean. I said switch to a Jack and Jill between the 2 bedrooms. If it was a house sharing situation this is perfect!

Love this!! Would use the living room as a dining room, the flex room as an office, and the family room as the basic living room. Beautiful home!!!

You can buy a property in S.C. with a brick house and a pool for that price. There's no way. I paid a thousand for a 20 yr old mobile home and remodeled it for nearly nothing I bought it from neighbors and only had to move it one property over.

Oh no! Another first for Chase! I can't stand the excitement!

My husband put lights under the cabinets when he built the kitchen but I have never figured out how to turn them on and I never think to used them especially since I so rarely cook anymore. I wanted some ice cream this evening and I needed him to scoop it for me as I was in too much pain to walk to the fridge and walk to the cupboard to get a bowl as well as a spoon, but they do look nice. Yipee! Plenty of drawers and cupboards!!! That pantry is almost big enough to be a bedroom in the middle of a single wide! It can't be in this house as it doesn't have a bathroom attached. LOL That extra room could be a sewing room or a library. I've officially run out of space for all my books. I like the accent of purple in the master bathroom. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms can be repainted if they like to show of the kids personality. That space by the toilet in the masterbath would certainly be useful if a disabled person was using it. While I'm not wheelchair bound yet, last week I had to have my husband come and help me off the toilet. As people get older they may need help and more room in the bathroom. I thought it would cost more! I liked this house. It had a great kitchen for spreading out. Can you imagine making Christmas cookies and having room to spread them all out?!

Best home ever! 🥰 Big pretty kitchen: the size of the pantry was a nice surprise. That flex room would be my office. The family room is stunning, the fireplace makes it look so cozy. It's great that each person would have their own bathroom, with a half bath for guests. Beautiful master bath & pretty tub and shower tiles. Wow, I expected the price for a home like this to be in the $300k range. 😳

WOW, what a price on this gorgeous house! I don't miss the dining room at all other than that I usually think 'woo, that could fit some freezers'. I love the individual bathrooms, and LOVE the powder room. This is incredible. I wonder if anybody in my neck of the woods would have this'n. I'll be here Thursday - that resort is so pretty!! Makes me miss my dad, he helped build communities that had those bright pretty colors in Santa Rosa, etc.

I do like the black kitchen cabinets, but that shiny backsplash seems like a rich coffee brown..the details are what make this home pop😊

They look beautiful but would be the devil to keep clean, my first thought was oh wow, nice then my practical side said nope don’t want to be cleaning those everyday. A KZreadr who does design ideas, declutter, cleaning advice has black granite counters and hates them now because while they are beautiful she is wiping them down multiple times a day.

@@lindacouncil1353 I had white cabinets also for 2 1/2 years, and in my experience they showed everything epecially dust build up, not to mentioned build up residue from cooking. I had to constantly wiped down those cabinets everyday. They were white when we moved in there, I couldn't wait to paint over them!!! When I move into my retirement forever home my cabinets will definitely be black, maybe this green cabinets that I've seen or I'll just stick with the dark mahogany chocolate color anything other than white!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

You could always use that sitting room as a dining room for special occasions. I was wondering where you could put a freezer. And a partition would have to go in between the toilet and tub in the master bath. The den was super cozy, a great place to watch movies and hang out. My only pet peeve that just irks me is the floor vents. At that price point they really should make the vents in the ceiling.

Wow, now that's a kitchen! What's not to love about this home? It looks absolutely spectacular inside & out.

Absolutely LOVE the pizza pan drawer by the oven .Love the whole house water cut off , but I wish it had a sink in the utility room. I was In love until I saw The toilet out in the open , sadly that's a turn off for me . But thanks for the tour .

Love this one! Instead of a formal sitting area, I would set up that huge open kitchen to have a small dining "room" area with a small sitting area near the office room with the glass doors. I'm not big on the islands as a dining area due to not being able to sit comfortably on a high-top chair. A few color changes here and there and boom! There it is... long term home!

My son and I just looked at one and the pantry looked like cabinets but the pantry was back there and it was half the width of the house and about 6ft wide..... I was like we're turning that into a safe room also.... It was gorgeous..... I love that it has just a half bath for company to us.... I know that probably sounds weird but I don't like people being in my bathroom or in my son's bathroom.... To me that's our private place.....

Love to see the corner room off of the living room. separation without being, or feeling, completely closed off; even with the doors because they're typically glass or see-through in some way. It has me feeling really nostalgic. they used to be fairly common in mobile homes. My babysitter's house had one, and that was our play area and i remember it catching the perfect light later in the day, and sun rays hitting the pattern on the door was so pretty.

Had so much fun furnishing those three houses. Such beautiful homes in person. We furnish everything from barstools coffee tables bedroom sets and couches. Crazy seeing our work being featured in these amazing homes!
