Beautiful home! I’m not sure I like how they positioned the fireplace in the living room. I thinking it shouldn’t be in the corner… maybe it should be on the other wall with the TV above it.

Love the real fireplace!! Wonderful kitchen! Love all the wood work and lots of windows for lots of natural light. Great master bathroom. Just perfect Wonderful home

I really like this home overall. The only misses for me are no coat or linen closets and no pantry. Not even a space for an extra freezer. I really like the bathrooms and bedroom closets. No wire racks are a definite plus.

Great tour Chance! Commenting bc this floor plan just seems a little goofy / choppy to me.. That giant hall with only two bedrooms off it really doesnt even have to be there. The home itself is beautiful! I'm just curious about their layout decisions

Sorry,no coat closet when you come in. Where are you supposed to put your coats and boots when you come in. The sink isn’t under the window,I don’t like it in the island. No walk in pantry. I do like the fact the master bedrooms closet is separate so you don’t have to go through the bathroom to get to it. I must be picky.

Mobile home seller here. When you start dealing with mobile homes of this magnitude, it would just make more sense to get a normal regular house for more bang for your buck. Mobile homes of this price range just aren’t worth it anymore nor do they provide the benefit that they were made to offer at this point. If you’re wise, You’re either going to pay tens of thousands of dollars for a very nice mobile home or you’re going to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for a normal home. Don’t over complicate the home buying process. That’s literally how I see so many normal everyday working class folks end up wasting either half or even their entire life savings and investings on just a home alone. The Mobile home industry is not in the business of accommodating millionaires so buying and selling these types of homes needs to be strategic for most folks!!

The house was alright. I wanted a pantry, perhaps big enough for a freezer. Why so cheap with such a small bathroom. There is no real place for towels, hair products, etc. There should have been a linen closet. If there is a real fireplace in one's home, there needs to be a nice-looking firefox for wood.

Walking through the door and encountering a huge cavernous space facing a kitchen is just a poor plan for a house that size. They need to separate the kitchen from the living room. For heaven’s sake, put up a wall to shield guests, company, and visitors from the noises, clatter of plated, pots, pans, and banging about which generally occur in a kitchen. In an apartment studio, this can’t be helped, but in a large house? The effect of a large kitchen looming in front as one enters just looks cheap.

I love the master bath. I wish there was a space for a freezer. And I like the kitchen sink to be on an outside wall so I can look out the window. I'd rather have a stovetop in the island. I have this dream of making pancakes and as they get done just tossing them onto the kids plates as they sit there and wait and we talk. I guess we all have our dreams.

The PREFAB homes are GREAT...a few years back the price tag was budget friendly for singles, small families and seniors with a budget on a dime. The small homes were made to help people get off the street and for those who want to live simplistic in a quality budget friendly home. NOW the companies that supplies these prefab homes have SKY ROCKED the price tag. You feel like your paying for a regular 2 story 3-4 bedroom, 1 and half bathroom price tag! WHAT GIVES???

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but the tile was put down differently on the kitchen side vs the living room side. I'm not sure if that is showcase 2 different way you can get it, but I prefer the way it was done in the living room side.

The home is nice. The 2 things that I don't like is that the master bedroom is right in between the living room and kitchen. There's no privacy. I have noticed many of these homes have these same setups. I prefer the MB to be away from these rooms. The other thing I dislike is that the bathroom in the hall has no window. I do like the kitchen.

A triple wide no pantry and only 3 bedrooms. This is not a very big triple wide. First triple wide that I’m not impressed with. I just read the square footage. I have a double wide modular home. And mine is 2650 square foot home. I have walk in pantry, 4 bedrooms, a family room and formal living room. The closet in the master is bigger than mine and the master bath is bigger than mine, but not much bigger. Same size laundry and same size hall bath.
