Paradise Perfection. The homeowner has the perfect spot, perfect beachy look, perfectly bright and airy. I could absolutely live in this home as is. This one definitely speaks to my soul. On my favorites list of homes. Also what a vacation resort feel in this community.

Since I am only minutes from this location and knowing we are in a hurricane prone state it is never too early to watch the tropical weather. Nice to see you in my neck of the woods Chance.

My family has a condo in jensen beach. I love it there! Grew up going there, i live in new york. I remember when they built ocean breeze and theyre very nice homes. I pass them a lot when i go to Jensen Beach. I just think its funny you made a video in the same place my family has a vacation home.

This is so pretty inside and out! This is very reminiscent of a row of houses on Boca Chica Key in the Keys, but twice as wide! Additionally, with all of the amenities and those outside spaces, the lift, AND being this close to the water...perfection! Thanks for sharing this one, Chance! Great job on the walk-through!

The lift is a great idea and addition for those who have difficulty maneuvering stairs. I also like the panels and can hardly wait to see them in operation and hopefully the panels are screen walls.

I really loved this place.... The flooring was very nice, that area underneath was a perfect hang out spot. This would make a beautiful retirement location. Love your funky trunks by the way lol. Thanks for showing us this one!

I like the idea of a lift. I can no longer do stairs so have a stair climber in my home I can't live anywhere where I would have to climb stairs. Lots of drawers in that kitchen. So nice that family let you tour their home. They must trust you.

Wassup Chance?! I love the fireplaces and the walk in pantry, but I'd rather put the pantry in the kitchen, even if it's a corner pantry.

Soo beautiful place near ocean, I love to live near ocean but I can't take risk or dare because of hurricane or storm, I'm scared of sharks 100%. So I would take 30 minutes from ocean,I feel safe! 😂

Very nice but I’d want some doors on my pantry and some bathtubs. One needs to be a soaking tub

Nice little home but won't be so nice.When a hurricane hits florida and you have to rebuild. I would like something like that here in Texas.But I can't afford anything like that. I love being close to the water.

I absolutely really love the layout and the exterior of the place. How many bedrooms are there? My favorite parts are balconies and the spiral staircase. I love the center place. I could probably kick your butt then in pool. LOL❤❤❤❤❤

Is the siding coming of it? It looked like the siding was coming off. 🤔 Other than that it's beautiful.

A gorgeous home, but definitely for older folks and maybe more into your teenage years for the kids because there’s no bathtub for smaller children and I think that would be kind of a sore point for a younger couple with children that are under the age of 10 and I think I would not want my pantry to share space with my Laundry, especially since they put that wheelchair ramp right there at that particular door you have extra careful that whoever’s in the wheelchair doesn’t bump into those shelves and accidentally teared off the wall because I know those can be hard and there’s only so much you know maneuver reality you can do in that room once you get the washer and dryer don’t you know those bigger ones kind of limits your choices for which brand and you know models that you might particularly like.

One hurricane and that thing is gone like a shoe box.

How much is the HOA? It's difficult to find on their site. Thanks!

Houses Are TOO Close Together!😮If There’s A Fuss Fight In A Neighbors House You Could Hear “Everything!!!”😂

Can someone who knows Engineering please tell me how these houses on stilts just don't fall over? They just look so unstable. Like if I would lean on a column it would fall over because it is too heavy. The random pillars don't look like they would handle balance as well as an actual wall. Plus the wind would blow under and UP. Especially in high wind areas.

Are they elevated so the living area isn't ruined in the event of storm surge ? If so are they built in such a way that hurricane force winds will not destroy the top part. I've seen other videos where homes were built this way to withstand big storms.

This is why I prefer they build homes in circles because I am an Automotive Designer and I know co-effective for a round house to be rounded at .14 to better than straight walled house. Like cars are aerodynamically correctly design. One architect in Florida designed his home rounded and when a hurricane hit in his neighborhood. His home was undamaged as all others were evidently destroyed by a hurricane. Proven we need to start building round houses or domed houses in hurricane proned states. If I would buy a land in Florida I build a round house or buy large lands and build rounded house communities. Deltec Homes are rounded as well.

nice place and you would need a lift if you could not walk up and down stairs like a lot of older people cant.

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

A little disappointed, the top deck is not bigger. There’s not a lot that you can really do for them up there. That is kind of on the small side. Because it definitely would be a nice spot to put a big gazebo maybe a hot tub and maybe a medium size kind of bar you know for like for when you know ladies go upstairs and get in the hot tub and have their drink and I have a little bit of a long time you know just the gossip with the ladies because definitely at the bottom is for the men have their drinks have their little you know watch TV and since it’s at your room, you can probably put a few a pool table or something and stuff where they can have their and even for the kids, that’s a purpose spot for them too that way you don’t have to worry about them going on top and accidentally fallen over because somebody being stupid and even at the bottom would be a perfect spot for a swimming pool you know like a too big of a one, but maybe a good medium size wine because you have to perfect storage right on the bottom, put all your pools equipment and everything
