I don't like the vents in the floor. Makes it very hard to arrange furniture. Especially when they are up against the walls like they were in this home. I don't like the raised sinks in the bathrooms. It makes it hard to use the top of the sink. It takes away from the amount of space you can use. Really curious what was on the wall by the washer hook up?

Thanks for the mention. It's funny we did this home back to back out of the 35 plus homes that I filmed there.

The foyer is nice and it has a coat closet! There are a few things I would change but they are minor.

Nailed it on this one! It doesn't happen often where there's a house where I don't want to change something, but I loved everything about this house. Gorgeous! I love the living room.... The lights in the ceiling.. the windows.... Maybe I'd get rid of the carpets if I have to change something, but that's about it. About that dining room, that was beautiful. I really like the archway and columns. It was separated, but still open. Awesome design there! I'm also a sucker for a pot filler lol. A house with that feature is always a bonus with me. And finally, that bathroom in the main bedroom. Beautiful! I love all the cupboards.. the tile... Nothing to not love there. Overall, the layout of this place was quite unique. Very cool place Chance!

My thoughts exactly! I would lose the carpet, I prefer all wood or wood look floors. I love the layout, the colors, the archway, the porch, and so much more. I wish I had a piece of land to set this on for my adult son with disabilities and I. I saved it in hopes that I find something.

Chance?? This prefab house is as FAB as they come!! It's a very beautiful looking place to stay!! Every room has a certain kind of style and flair to it!! You look at the Kitchen, Laundry room, Living Dining And Family Room and you can see the artistry and the versatility of the designs!! You have really stepped up your game!!

This one is nice. I like the living room separation for sure. Really like the 60's modern feel with the picture windows, that takes me back. Love the fancy square sinks as well. And although I don't like floor vents, those baseboard vents are nice. I can live with those!

I would prefer a tankless hot water heater.

6:04 Some positive feedback: A coat closet....yes! Kitchen sink not on the island and a big pantry. Love the utility room and all the color schemes. Just wish maybe the bedrooms were flip flopped....? The master is RIGHT THERE off the living room, and none of the walls looked big enough for a TV? It could have just been deceiving......keep up the awesome work!! We really appreciate your tours and we look forward to your upbeat attitude 3 times a week!

Definitely not big enough for even a regular dresser. I was disappointed with that.

i love the flow of the living to the kitchen. it looks very elegant. this is a great home!

I love it, I really like the entryway from the living room to the dining room the columns and arch (classy). I didn’t see anything I didn’t like about the house. One thing I’ve been noticing in the houses lately is they’re starting to put carpet back in them instead of the wood appearing flooring. I like that they are. Thanks Chance

I like the carpet so much better too. Most of those fake wood floors I have found to be ugly and makes the house look cheap. If I am spending $250K for a house, I don't want it looking 'cheap'.

They need an option that only recesses the foyer and not the full width that reduces the size of the adjacent room.

This home is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I could move in right away with no hesitation. I love it!

I wish I would have got to film this one the day before. Its was such a popular home, I had a hard time filming it. It's a 75 inch. Box was in a closet. The kitchen sink is made up of the same material they use to make composite pickup beds with.

It's a beautiful kitchen. I like that the kitchen is in the back. Also coat closet, that important to me. Great backsplash. I'm not usually big on the black and white. This is an exception. Nice laundry area/mud room. Office area.

Like the layout. The dining , kitchen, mudroom and laundry are awesome. The front porch is sweet. The only thing I didn’t like was the crazy ceiling in the LR.

The position of the water faucets make it impossible to wash your hands without water spilling out of sink…they look cool but they’re impractical, these designers think about practicality they just want something unique, forget actual usability.

I have a Sahara series home and the manufacturer did a sloppy job putting it together and used cheap materials too! My cabinets are peeling and fall off their hinges many times! Can’t count how many huge staples & nails I’ve come across under the carpet and laminate flooring! Etc..Hopefully they stepped up from a couple years ago!

Beautiful home! And superb craftsmanship!!!! my only gripe is the three window idea on the front porch. For security and privacy concerns, that's a no-go for me. And I'm not really thrilled with the master bedroom right off a living room. I think it would be noisy? But what a treat to tour this home. Thanks!

All walk in closets and pantries need outlets inside of them. Pantries need about three so you can plug in cordless vacuumes, some small appliances, etc.

Chance, I’ve been watching since your 2nd year. We are in our 60’s and fast approaching our final house. We also plan to purchase land very soon. There are many homes you show that we absolutely love! However, I would like to see more modular homes that have a formal dining option not just a “dining area”only. Homes that are 2-4 bedrooms. Love your channel!!

Gotta say, I was shocked at the price of this one! I expected it to be much more ! That's a beautiful home !!

LOVE the exterior colors! The light wood is beautiful! The only thing different I would do is paint the front door a cobalt blue, a rich red, or even a burnt orange. Give it a pop of color. I'm not a fan of transom windows, but I really love the rows of small windows by the door and in front of the house. I like the interior as well. I like how open it is. The kitchen is super sweet with plenty of counter space. I maybe would put black countertops on the white cupboards. I love the black and white throughout the house. Matt black is the best looking, and I like that even the hinges on the doors are Matt black! The master bath is nice, I love the shower. But I would remove one of the 2 sinks and put in floor to ceiling cupboards as we like to stock up. As usual, I would add windows and remove all the carpet. But it is a really nice house! Love this home! There's a lot of extras in just a little over 1800 sq. feet, which is impressive. Plus, the pantry is Chanceworthy!

Love this one! One change I'd make is to have the lighted ceiling thing in the master bedroom too! So much space and beautiful layout! This is one of the best this year!

Hello Chance! Good video. But the floorplan shows that Without that front porch, you have 3 Guest Bedrooms, Plus the Master Bedroom. But With the front porch, you have 2 Guest Bedrooms , the Master Bedroom And a small Office space! I love that Office space!! #1) So...I love the fact that you don't see the kitchen and dining room from the front door. In the Living Room we'd option in a Gas Fireplace if possible. Would make bookcases on each side of the fireplace for our DVD's! I'm glad there's a Coat Closet. And as I've already said, I love the Office Room next to the living room and foyer. We'd have carpet in the Living Room but I think I'd do away with the carpet in the hallway. Maybe. #2) With a smaller table in the Dining Room (we only need sitting for four) there will be enough room for Grandma's China Cabinet on that wall by the Pantry across from the sliding doors. That's a Must have for me! We'd build an enclosed deck/porch outside the sliding doors. #3) You didn't show, that I saw anyway, if that was the microwave in the island. If so, it's too low and would need to be moved to the countertop somewhere. The Island may be small enough for me to keep as is, except for putting wheels on it. Would have to actually go around it to be sure there's room for my wheelchair without hitting the cabinets. I Love the Pantry! I'd have a Gas Cook Stove and I love the Pot Filler. #4) I like the back door Not actually being in the Utility Room. But that seating area, bench and hanging space, next to the door, I'd do away with. Instead I'd put an Upright Freezer there! #5) In the Utility Room...I love the fact that the Furnace and Water Heater have their own closet IN the utility room where they belong! The sink in the utility room is nice too. Too bad there's not room for a folding table though. #6) The two Guest Bedrooms would be turned into my rooms. The biggest one would be my Library, with a small sitting area with a carpet. The smaller one would be my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed. The guest bathroom is nice; there's room around the commode for me too it looks like. #7) The Master Bedroom is nice. We'd have carpet in there. I like it that the Closet is in the bedroom, Not the bathroom. In the Master Bathroom...I hate the sinks that sit on top of the countertop!! So that would need to be changed. But I love that there are his and hers sinks! There looks to be room around the commode for me in here too! That doesn't happen that often, so I'm glad! But, I'd change the Tile Shower for a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. I see that there are different options for the bathroom , but of course, no handicapped tub option is mentioned. #8) I'd probably need to ask for wider doors all around to accommodate my wheelchair and walker. That of course would up the cost, but so would the other changes I'd make. But there's not as many this time. #9) We would build a Garage outside the back door, (side door by the utility room), with a Storage area in it and probably a Pet Shower and a bigger long-term Pantry area and maybe even a freezer spot. (Love to have an upright freezer in the house and a chest freezer in the garage!). #10) We'd have porches or decks/patios around as much of the house as possible. We love porches! We'd have some enclosed and some just covered. Like I said, Chance, good video. Nice house even without the changes I'd make! God bless y'all.

Really love the layout of this home. Colors are perfect for me. I would prefer to have larger utility room si i could have a freezer. I would change fireplace to wood burning, exchange sinks in master bath like one in guest bathroom, add bench to shower in masterbath with river rock tile in bottom, and see if 9 foot ceilings would be possible.

I really like this one. It's very nice. The lights in the ceiling in the living room are so pretty. It would be good for movie night or just a dim night light. I wouldn't have the carpet, but it's a super nice house.

Great Video as Always Chance. Thank You for Your Time. I Like this house a lot, but there are a lot of things I would Change. I am not crazy about the Awnings over the windows outside and those small windows by the front door. I love the Tray ceiling in the Living room, but without the Beams in the Ceiling. I Love where the side door is that is to the Right side of the front door. That is a must for me. I’m not sure if anyone else thought about this, but in the Master Bedroom with that Closet which is small for a master bathroom there is no place to put a long Dresser for Your Wife. Also a very small master Bath and no separate Tub. These are all my Personal likes and dislikes. Nice Layout though.
