Wow! Someone has been paying attention! I love the extra coat closet at the front door and the utility room at the back door. They will handle so much junk and help keep the house tidy. The office space would be great for kids doing their homework and for managing the house. Very thoughtful design!!!

I love it! Finally a home with a proper muronn/ walk in closet for all the boot, shoes and outerwear for all 4 seasons, and no one has to trip over a pile of shoes when entering the home. The office roo. Is awesome too. I didn't see anything I didn't like. Bravo Champion!

$200,000 for a plastic, Lego house? You can never build on. It loses value the moment you purchase it. For $200,000++++????? Where do you guys live? I could have a REAL HOME built on 20 acres of land for less! And it would be 2000+Sq ft or more! This is disturbing and disgusting! People used to buy these trailers BECAUSE THEY WERE CHEAPER than building a real home. $20,000 to $80,000 is the absolute MAX that these homes should EVED be sold for!

The room behind the kitchen will be useful as a nursery and school room for a young family. Having family near the kitchen is best. That is a big house.

That small office off of the kitchen is a good idea.

On a basement, this would be a great home.🤠 This old person needs room for her toys.

I would make that first room into a sewing room. Near the laundry and kitchen, so it’s perfect! Great choice, Chance.

I Love it. Love the garage, the office off kitchen, washroom, bar area, kitchen back splash, cabinets in restrooms, cabinets by master suite sinks and barn doors. Nice floor plan 💯💯💯

Anyway, we use one of our three bedrooms as an office. It's the smaller one, and the closet is perfect for storage of bulky items like paper towels and extra office/craft items. @a---5578 we currently have a small three bedroom Rancher. We use the smaller bedrooms as am office. I still have one child at home. And 3 grandkids that like to spend the night....

I like the way the toilet is not in a separate room because they feel so claustrophobic but yet it’s private and also love the storage in there and the shower is very nice

I'd vote for the "office" space to be a pantry.

Chance?? This home is the wave of the future of prefab houses!! This is extremely beautiful!! The Kitchen, The Laundry Rooms are very versatile and comfortable!! From The Bedrooms and The Bathrooms are very well made!! Look at The Living, Dining, Family Rooms are quite quaint!! You did really good on bringing thiese kinds of homes to the viewers!! Thank You!!

WOW! That's a stunning manufactured home. Spacious, with continuous wall lines to boot! That flex room/office/craftroom/sewing room....is next level. I live in 🇨🇦 but that beauty makes me think about it....😊

I think this is one of the best I’ve seen!!! I’d put more shelves/cabinets in the office-to use as an office AND pantry space! And I would definitely want a Garage!

I’m just getting into modular homes and I love this one. I’m shopping around and your videos help TREMENDOUSLY

That's like a mini mud room at the front door. Like that. That full glass at the dining room should be a casement window. Nice little office or sewing/craft room off kitchen. I don't care for living room so open to kitchen/dining. Like the whitewash type look of laundry cabinets. Finally! A bath with no window in the shower! Like the front door & interior doors. That master bed window you could put a stained glass decal over it - would look pretty with all the color coming thru. Like those lit mirrors. Like the master bath cabinet colors. Lots of nice things I would consider putting in to another style maybe. Love all your videos, Chance. Hope to build a custom house one day with many of the features you've shown us over the years! Keep going and a BIG thanks!

I wouldn't change anything in this house. I absolutely love this house.

I agree that more an more homes are going to be made in a controlled environment. As in the US, here in Canada we have many Manufactered home makers and this is continuing to be become more and more popular. Canada has areas of extreme cold and it does make building during winter difficult. So the idea of factory build makes alot of sense. Timelines are also a factor that people are starting to recognize as a real positive. Thanks for your videos.

This new modular prefabricated house is very beautiful, luxurious and comfortable, very perfect and close to a traditional house.

I like it. The kitchen seems sorta disconnected and doesn't flow so smooth, but it's a very pretty house. Would need a bit of tweaking for me. The price is VERY COMPETITIVE!

Love that coat closet. Perfect for us that get winters and snow! I think I have seen this kitchen before with that wine cooler exactly there, not that I would want one. But a great kitchen with lots of drawers! Yep anoffice or my sewing room! I like the fact that there is so much space around the toilet in the guest bath. Room if needed for a disabled person or someone with a busted leg. Ugh the barn door. Those drawers are better. Love the storage in the basthrrom and another wheelchair accessible toilet. Very nice house.

Being from Texas, that would make a great reloading room....

Some type of pricing or listing of and a round about ballpark figures would have been helpful to give serious or curious buyers it's a very Beautiful home has all the great amenities that a family needs

Definitely love the large cloak room at the entrance!! It is always missing in all of the other homes I see. Wonderful kitchen. Room off the kitchen would be my craft/sewing room. Great storage in bathrooms great use of all the wood accents. Absolutely wonderful home. Thank you for the tour!!

I used to have a company that did the factory service on champion mobile homes as well as many other builders. I can tell you, champion was my favorite :-) They make a really nice house and they stand by their product.

What a lovely home for sure! Needs a pantry, but you could probably switch out that office for a nice sized pantry if available. Decent sized secondary bedrooms and a great master closet!

Love that computer/office room! It's perfect with the cabinets in there! The kitchen is different. The design, I mean. The windows are AWESOME! Can't have too many windows! The master bath is really nice. I like that there are cupboards on both sides of the sinks. And the shower looks really nice. The backsplash in the kitchen is nice as well. I'd remove all the carpet and add windows. Thanks, Chance!

@marcfore5151 add windows on each end where I could. Remove the carpet from the living room and bedrooms. Wherever there is carpet, I would remove it. If I need to, I would use rugs. I don't like carpet. I have 4 dogs and several cats. Plus my husband is a mechanic and a homestead farmer. No carpet.

I work from home so I love that they thought of that, however my husband also works from home so we need a bigger space. We have to have decent size monitors. But I am glad they even thought to put on in because a lot of people work from home now!

I absolutely love it, the only thing I would change is the small office room make it into a large pantry. Love the bathrooms there's no wasted space and the closest are so large compared to most of the homes I've seen.

Beautiful home. I love it. Only changes I'd make is no carpet, that room/office whatever...right side all cabinets, middle and left side shelves and make it a pantry with a door. Ceiling vents, and the shower pan tile/rocks, and the glass all the way to the ceiling. Then, in the master closet, that cabinet on the right side by itself there add shelves there for more hanging space. I'd paint the interior so it's not all white...depending on your choice of colors. LOVE that stove top with the oven below and it's not a single unit. I wish I had a gas range with electric oven but mine was built for the all in one oven/stove and it's outrageous for a gas/electric split unit. ANYWAY, just my minor changes...gotta have a pantry and colors...lol. Take care, Chance.

Gorgeous! Very elegant inside and fabulous, classy interior design. As always with Champion, excellent craftsmanship. I only noticed two things I was not thrilled about....maybe three? That 'office' behind the kitchen, was an affectation. Anyone who works from home, will need a real office with more space, so that was a waste...and no door to close so one work, plus it's next to a potentially noisy area. Ok, number two....I miss my bathtub in the master bath. Dump the closet and give me my tub! And lastly, I would have preferred to use the space between the living room columns for a wall for bookshelves. Some of us still do read! lol. But other than those little petty issues, this home is an exquisite mind-blowing, elegant home. And that fire place? Wow first class without overdoing the attempt to be classy! Quiet, simple, and gorgeous! You knocked it out of the court with this one!
