Outlier is my favorite of theirs. It grew on me. Sure, Lingus. Sure, What about Me? Sure. But Outlier grows and grows.
The way Larnell answered the call and response in the middle of a sax solo was amazing!
Sleeper is the one where Shaun Martin, one of the keyboardists, uses his talkbox. Also another one you should check out!

Sleeper might actually be my favorite track. So much feeling gotten out of a hosepipe :)
The best comment I've ever seen after a Snarky Puppy performance: "I hope those instruments were over 18".
Michael League is a musical genius! His bass line during the solo was brilliant... pushing the beat ever so slightly to SEEM like the time signature was changed or odd... but it didn't or wasn't other than the change going into the solo from 3/4 to 4/4. It just FELT that way. Meanwhile Bob Reynolds really did an EXCELLENT job building that sax solo and by the end got an ovation from his fellow band members, not just the audience... and that is HIGH praise indeed! Larnell Lewis on drums and Nate Werth on percussion were brilliant AGAIN! I ALWAYS say my favorite Snarky Puppy song... is the one I am listening to. They are ALL just that good!!! Thanks for the reaction video!
Never seen anyone not blown away by these guys...especially the live performances.
Yeah man… Outlier grew on me after the 2nd or 3rd listen. Sleeper is the one with Shaun Martin using his talk box. Kite is a great one for the string section and Tio Macacao is just plain fun! Another great reaction man!
They are all super talented but the drums really carried this album.
