    Sleep at 10 pm n wake at 6 am, which means supper at 8 pm or before, a 30 min slow walk after that n a well established night routine which includes switching off electronic gadgets an hour before sleeping, praying or meditation or just listen to meditative music. A dark, cool room, no noises. I personally prefer 9-5 routine. So I switch off at 9 pm, pray for 15 minutes then take shower n go to bed. If I get undisturbed sleep, I can awaken very energetic and ready for my morning walk of 20 mins. Most times, I get disturbed sleep because of my children n going to the bathroom. But I trained myself to lie in bed n pray till I dozed off.
